Alex's Farewell

Today was Alex's Farewell talk in Sacrament. We started the morning off with a wonderful surprise when Uncle Gary and Aunt Connie arrived for the special day. They just got off of their own mission in Montana and wanted to make sure they were here for Alex. We were all very surprised and very happy to see them! The second surprise was Alex's Girlfriend Chanda who was supposed to go on vacation with her family and miss Alex's farewell decided to stay home and surprise Alex. She didn't tell anyone even her friends to ensure that her secret would not be revealed to Alex. She walked in during the opening song and again we were all very surprised! Alex was very happy you could tell that it meant alot to him as the tears started streaming. He gave a wonderful talk, and for those of you who couldn't make it you missed a good speech about the Lion King! We had a nice lunch with the family and got some good mission advice and stories from Uncle Gary and Aunt Connie.

Alex's Temple Day

On Saturday Alex took his endowments out at the St. George Temple. It was such a wonderful day and we are so grateful for friends and family who were there to share it with us.
