Hey family :)

Well i'll tell you it was a quite the week, full of the good ol ups and downs haha, sounds like madre you are have a good time kickin it with the morris family :) first off tell rob that when i get home i will for sure be hitting more dingers on the softball field then he will be haha!! I know i still have the big bomb swing going on haha even though its been a year i still got my game i guarantee it :)

The work is pressing forward i got a random call from president, apparently there still is some random drama going down in Loughbourough, one of my recent converts named Zoe had told some of the YSA girls that she had fallin in love with me while we were teaching here and so President might be having to transfer me this transfer because we are in the same zone and he doesn't want here to drive to leicester, just the good ol drama in Loughborough it will never stop i guess! Me and President had a talk and he knows that i was just doing what i was called to do and nothing else and so hopefully i won't have to go anywhere because i love the westcotes ward and the are we are in but we will see!! Other then that it is the typical missionary stuff just working working working and i just love it!! The days are flying by which is good it never seems like i have enough time in the day to get done all that i want to but what can you do!! Me and my companion have been working on serving all the teams in our zone and it has brought me alot of happiness to just see the trust that we are building and ever since we have been doing that the missionaries have been counseling with us more and seeking our guidance so it has been a great blessing to build those friendships!!
Other then that thats about all of the week haha not much exciting going on!! ONe thing though Madre something has been going on with my missionary fund and so they have to send me a new card so as of now i am living off my personal funds! so i have been trying to eat not as much haha so i didn't spend as much money but i am out of even the skimp haha so I am going to use some of the personal funds for groceries and they said they will reimburse me when i get my new card! so if the money goes i'm sorry!!

Wow,

Well to be honest, you can tell President Robinson that the last thing a missionary wants on his last P-day is to be asked to speak in stake conference, It doesn't make him want to come home very much haha!!!

Mom Ill for sure search you out a lap blanket no doubt, and as for garments, im a 32 waste and you can get the 50 50 stuff and for shirts medium will work perfect! And as for other clothes some T's and some Polos will be chill i'm not to bothered i know you have good taste! haha :) And as for tanning you better get me an appointment for day one when i get home so i can hit it up haha :)

As for classes i don't know if you want me to sign up now like before i get home or when i get home, but im assuming when i get home haha and if i'm wrong you might wanna go ahead and sign me up for a few things??

I can't believe the time has gone by this fast seriously its the craziest thing, these last 6 weeks have seemed like days, and some quick days at that!! I wanna just thank you all so much, this journey, this adventure..... It has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to me!! And it wouldn't have been as good as a ride with out my family behind me the whole time!! I have spent alot of time over the last 2 days pondering on my mission, and the miracles and the blessings and the changes it has brought to my life, and as i think about it the only thing that comes to my mind is if i personaly trust in my saviour Jesus Christ and give it all to him then I need not fear!! Whatever happens in life if i just Lean on him i will see success, I will be happy, and i will return to live with him and my family in never ending happiness!!! My testimony feels at this point that it cannot be shaken, whatever is said or done i feel like it doesn't effect me in a bad way, to be honest it only makes me stronger and bettter!! It strengthens my testimony!! The Saviour Jesus Christ did walk this earth he did do many miracles and most important he did sacrafice himself for ME!!!!! God is my loving Heavanly Father he cares for me, he answers prayers and he has a plan for each and every one of us!! Joseph Smith that young 14 year old with out a shadow of a doubt did step into the grove of trees on that spring morning and he did see God the Father and Jesus Christ they did speak to him and the gospel was restored!!! We are now apart of his truth and as we live accordingly, we will be happy for the eternities!!!

All of this and more is what I have to come to know on my mission and it has changed my life!!!

I love you family, you are a big strength to me!!

Hey hey familay :)

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Thats all that is going through my mind!! I can't believe I only have 1 email left before i'll be speaking to you in person!! My mind is running a million miles an hour!! I'm scared, i'm excited, i'm nervous, i'm happy, i'm sad, my mind is just gone haha!!! But thanks for the pics this week they made me smile I miss my nephews and nieces I can't wait to see them again!!!

I haven't gotten my itenirary yet madre, but maybe you could email President Ogden and check it all out because its only my 3rd plane ride and i'm still confused on how it all works haha!! I can't believe i'll be landing in cedar, that must mean i gotta go all by myself, my boys will be leaving me and slc huh?? That means more time to just think ahhh not good haha!!! I can't believe this is all happening, what happened to my 2 years?? Its just gone!!! As for what do i want to do for food hmmmmm?? well ummmmm I sure do miss just a nice meal from the madre thats for sure so i think that'll be chill just get me home and let me taste the best food ever!! haha plus i'm gonna be so tired there is no way i'm gonna be able to sleep on that plane!!

Anyways so about the week!! Wow it was a good week, the Lord is just putting prepared people in our paths I don't know what it is!! We are teaching about 10 people who are progressing well and 6 have a date to be baptized!!!!!! I Wanna stay another transfer because i know if i did i would be able to see all these people enter the water but E. Love says he will hit me with the pics!!! Miracles are happening and everytime i even think to take a little break because i'm tired and i think its almost over my head keeps telling me, Preach My Gospel pg. 121 Diligence, Diligence is working hard even when you are tired!!!!! Hahaha I feel so bad if i stop for a second my mind just runs and runs and runs haha it kinda is a little annoying but it keeps me working and when i work i'm happy!!! So the spirit won't let me quit either he knows i gotta endure to the end but i love it!!! I never thought it would be hard at the end but wow is it!!! But i won't quit, I can't quit haha!!!!

So i had the opportunity to speak in one of the wards this week it was good!! my topic was on free agency!! I got a call saturday at about 9;00 at night and the bishop said Elder Davidson someone just backed out of speaking for tomorrow can you do it for us haha so i kind of just winged it and it went good i really enjoyed speaking!! I have learnt that you must always be prepared as a missionary, you can never say no!!! So technically i don't have any free agency hahaha jk jk!! It was a great opportunity!!

Family I really can't believe how fast these 2 years went by, its ridiculous it really is!! even now i'm checking my watch constantly to try and slow down the days but its not working time is just gone!! I love my mission!!!! It is the best decision of my life!!!!!! and i'll never forget it!!!

Hey Hey Hey,

So Happy Birthday T-money!! I HOPE you beat dad at golf on monday!! we gotta start off right because when i get home i will be the one dominating on the golf course haha!! I'm not getting any of hydi's emails mom, I don't know what is going down but i haven't got any of hers for sometime.

Tesco's was the best, thanks so much mom!!! The Barbecue was poppin, thats all I can say!! It was so much fun just a good ol partyin it up!!! Just like home, except we have to cook the burgers on like these tin foil barbecues ha so that was pretty ghetto but it was sweet! Thanks for doing that madre!! Anyways no I only recieved one order of Tesco's?? it might have been because of all the times i had to call and reschedule them to deliver it but i did only get one order!!

My birthday was quite the experience though i must admit haha not your typical birthday i would have to say but it was good, so what happened was at Zone Conference i was like taking pictures with some of my old companions and just other kids and what not, and some how a bee climbed up my trousers and BAM it stung me right on the calf, and I didn't know what it was so i pulled up my trousers to see what had just stung me and i just moved the bee up a little bit further and BAM he stung me again ha and it ended up stinging my 3 times in total!! So this was on the friday and then on the saturday, it was super sore but i decided i still wanted to go for a jog for morning excercise and I came back home and pulled off my socks and my calf was about triple the size it should have been! It was Huge!!! so i didn't know what to do with it so i called sister ogden and she told me what to get to calm it down and what not, but luckily i had told my recent convert about getting stung the day it happened and for my birthday he bought me sting relief stuff haha he is the man so i put it on and well it calmed down after a couple of days haha but it was huge and a little bit painful!!! So that was my Birthday experience this year haha!!

But The week has been a good one, we just spent so much time traveling this week it felt like i did no work in my own area and it is alot more draining to sit in a car then it is to be doing to Lords work!! It was hard!! We went on wednesday to birmingham because we had to run a missionary to the hospital down there, we then went on thursday and friday for zone leader council and zone conference so the week was just over with and we had no time to search for new people, but i did learn alot from z.c. and z.l. council which was good!! We had Elder Kopiske come to zone conference and wow, he was amazing let me just tell you, he doesn't plan anything at all!!!! He just told us right off the bat, i'm going to let the spirit direct this meeting.... And then he just started talking and doing things it was amazing, General Authorities know there stuff, every question that was asked he answered with a scripture just crazy I loved it!! Zone Leader Council was the best i would have to say though, we just had the time to sit and chat about the concerns in the zone and how he has overcome them, and how we can become better leaders!! So it was intense i really enjoyed it!! So all in all it was a good week!!!

The Lord is taking care of me out here!! He is blessing this wolverhampton area and miracles are happening!! I love my Mission!! and I love the Lord!!

Hey Family,

Well well sounds like things are going to be popping on my b day huh? finishing the basement that sounds like a blast!! Question though Madre, can you go do the orientation or do i need to?? If I need to do it over the internet i'll have to get permission from President Ogden but i'm sure he wouldn't have a problem with it!! But just let me know what needs to happen, and if you can some of the classes moss will be taking so i can sign up for some of those as well!!

Elder Nylund is the Man!!! Ha he is just the best i love that kid, the first exchange we had together we were laying in our beds and he said wait aren't you from beaver, i know someone from beaver ha, anyone that knows someone from that little town is surely gonna be my boy haha!!!

Thanks mom for the info, I should be able to find some of the stuff, England got beaten out of the world cup on sunday so me and my comp are hoping we could find some sweet deals on England jerseys so hopefully it'll be an easy thing to do! But i'll get on it!! What about you Madre and Papa any preferences on what you would like hmmmmm?? :)

Anyways so this week was a good week, man it just flew by i don't know where the time went i swear it was yesterday i was sittin on this computer typing you an email!! Time just needs to Chilll for a bit!!! Things down here are going well though it just doesn't seem like we have anytime in our own area to find new people to teach we are just always on the road helping the other teams but it is a blessing to get to work with so many different missionaries and get to learn from them!! I'm just enjoying the journey!!! We do have a couple people in our own area who are preparing for baptism on the 16th so we just gotta hold on to those! This weekend at church was pretty sweet though, we had stake conference and wow it was an amazing on, Elder Kerr of the area 70 came down to speak and man is he powerful, he was just banging the pulpit (mind the spelling haha) and just yelling into the microphone his testimony!! Inviting all those who weren't members of the church or those who are thinking about leaving the church to hop in the gospel, to get baptized and to read the book of mormon, to pray about it and find the truth!!! Let me just tell you I loved it!!!! I was on the edge of my seat just listening as closely as possible, taking notes!! I just kept looking at my comp like did you just hear that, is this really happening hahaha I loved it!!! Elder Kerr is the man!! This week should be good as well because at zone conference we have Elder Kopiske coming and he is the Area president over the whole UK and he is going to be instructing us and so i'm stoke to be able to learn from him this weekend!!

The time is going by way to fast but i am going to take advantage of every second i have!!

I hope you all know that I love you!! And am so greatful for you!! I couldn't do this with out you!!

Hey Family!!

First off i must say that Dad i'm sorry no matter how many times you change that swing of yours, your never gonna be able to hit the ball as far as your boys, your time is up its time for Elder Davidson and T-money to dominate now haha you have embarrased us for to many years haha!!! :)

So glad to see Moss is on the go with getting that stuff sorted with the flat make sure him and t-money pick a nice place haha!! Maybe you should go with them mom :) Tell Moss whats up!!! He needs to hit me up and tell me what is going down in b-town so i can be prepared haha!!

This week is good, Elder Love is the man!! No need to train him he already has it all sorted, He is just Happy, He helps me to excercise hard in the morning so i can loose some weight haha he is Diligent, and has the spirit, and best of all he talks to everyone, so the work is progressing well!! It'll be a sweet transfer i'm stoked!! But the week was way good, we found this wonderful lady that we haven't been able to get ahold of for a while and she just related to us about this dream she had and how she new the book of mormon was the word of God, and we didn't really even have to invite her to be baptized she pretty much volunteered to ha so it was amazing!! She came to church on sunday and just loved it!! The Lord is just preparing people for us it seems!! We just gotta keep working so that we deserve all these blessings!! But other then that nothing else has really happened ha, The week just flew by and i don't know where the days went!!

So a question though, what kind of souveners does everyone want haha, i thought this would be easy but really its not! Especially not for the sisters!! So madre some ideas would be sweet if you could?? for like Dad and the brothers i think i got it sorted but i don't really know about the rest!!!

Hey Da Fam :)

How goes it?? So i'm gonna tell you right now mom after last weeks email when you said i could go buy souveniers, I went and bought stuff for all the nephews, and nieces haha so i'll have some good stuff for them when i get home!

So things down here are just the best!! Me and Elder Olson had a fun week last week ha its crazy over here in england because of the World Cup, everyone wants England to win and go far!! Everyone has all there English gear out and just sporting it everywhere they go, Flags everywhere just CRAZY! But its good because there is some sweet gear that will be some good stuff to bring home for the fam so its good!! But because the football is so intense we weren't aloud out on saturday after 6:00 P.M. and let me just tell you never in my life have i been so bored haha!! we got so bore that we took some extra matresses and went and chilled out on the roof for an hour, and then i just through this crazy concoction of food after and just made the craziest dinner ever with the 2 other hours we had to do nothing hahaha it was good fun!! but ummm Mom we might need another Tesco Delivery because i through everything in haha!! Anyways the week was good, my comp is on the plane and probably home by now, and i got a sweet new companion! I got called to Train a new Zone Leader and his name is Elder LOVE haha thats right Elder Love he is the man!! He was a district Leader when i was in Leicester so we are already pals, its gonna be a good transfer i can already feel it, He is a Diligent missionary that just wants to work so i'm excited to go to work with him!! Crazy thing is, is his buddy served in the same mission as Elder Noel and I even think they lived together in the same flat man its such a small world ha I love it!! Noel is home now ya?? Have you seen him?? Anyways Its gonna be a sweet 6 weeks i'm so stoked, we have a sweet zone so we have high hopes for the success in the Zone as well so everything is lined out we just gotta go to work!!! And now is the time, i'm afraid at how fast this transfer is going to go but I can't even think about it i just gotta go!!

Hey,

Happy Happy Birthday Ethan my man ha!! Don't worry mom i'm looking for presents for everyone to bring home so they can all have a little taste of England :) I haven't got a new suit yet madre, i have looked a little but haven't seen anything that strikes my eye, but im still looking!

Ahhhh Times flying by!! I can't believe this is going to be the last transfer of my mission my days its just gone, Next week I will find out if i will finish my mission in Wolverhampton or somewhere else, but seeing how my companion goes home next week i'm pretty sure that i will be here unless they white wash us but hey you never know!!

This week was a blessing from on high!! Except for the fact that i rolled both my ankles while we were playing basketball with some investigators haha but don't you worry even with my 2 bad ankles me and my comp still managed to dominate haha (English people aren't very good at basketball haha) But anyways.... We had some amazing baptisms that took place and if only i had my camera with me right now i would send you some pictures of it ha but sure enough i still am forgetful that is one thing that i have never changed on my mission haha!! President Ogden was there with his Wife and they took some pictures so i'm sure you will be able to find them on there blog!! But man it was the best!! All of the people that got baptized this weekend were just blessings and miracles I absolutely loved it!!

I'm super impressed with my companion, he hasn't stopped for one second to think about home so it is good i'm glad i don't have to excite him to do the work he is already just a work horse so we are just killing it together, its so fun!! Next transfer is going to be the same I just gotta work work work so that i don't even think about the end, because i don't want it to end i love it to much!!! The lessons i learn each day, the people i meet, the opportunites i have to serve, nothing can beat this and I am greatful for the opportunity that i have to be a missionary for Jesus Christ :)

Today we received Elder Davidson's travel Plans, he will be returning home July 28th, 2010. We are so excited!!! These 2 years have flown by and I know that I am so grateful for Elder Davidson's example.

So now we are on the countdown, only 8 weeks until he is home.

Dear Family :)

Thank you so much for the Tesco's mom it did arrive and it was well good ha, i missed it the first 2 times by like 7 minutes both times so sorry if you have a charge! But I did get more then 1 apple so thank you :)

Tell Carlie that she needs not worry when i get home we will be rocking the town haha i'll take care of you even though your still thinking of cleaning up bed pans hahaha i won't tell anyone that until after the 2nd date :)

Anyways this week was good, we have 3 baptisms for this saturday so it should be an amazing week in white!! I'm stoked!!! some beautiful people we have an african lady a chap from india and and english guy haha so its going to be an amazing day!! I love the Lord!!!! He has just been taking care of this area and blessing the wolverhampton branch!! He really wants it to be a ward and i can see that!! So i'm excited to be here at this point in time!!! This week haha it was the best i went on a exchange and got on a bike again and i promise you i am still sattle sore and it has been a week haha this bike was no ordinary bike it was straight from the devil haha the chain kept falling off it would not shift gears haha it was so brutal the tires kept going flat, and on top of that it was pouring rain and i didn't even have a jacket haha it is a good thing my mission has taught me patience because i just smiled and took it haha it was the best!!! The best part was was we had interviews with president the next day and my suite was all dirty because of the bike and my shirt wasn't so white anymore that i thought he might think i wasn't worthy or something haha but luckily he didn't notice even though the rest of the zone did :) But things are going good me and Elder Olson are just having a blast, its sad to know that he is going home soon, just 2 weeks i can't believe it but all is well!!!

Hey Hey Hey

Wow Dad what are you doing hmmmm?? You know you gotta hop on those things quick like!! He always does that haha just kiddin just kiddin!! Your right you know i can't be havin a babe magnet truck haha not a good thing!!

wooooeeeeeeee good for Carlie good to hear she got a job thats the best, and plus when i get home you know i'm going to need to get rid of all these tan lines, it was meant to be :)

Tyler is getting Laid off?? is the store closing down? or whats going on??

Before I forget Tescos hmmmm well That stuff you orderd last time was good, except like umm you only sent one bananna?? and one apple?? so that could change haha!! But some Chips and Salsa would be good this time, Some Dr. Pepper :) oh instead of just the beef burgers umm pasta and spicy tomato and pepperoni sauce would be nice!! I love that stuff, but as for everything else you can suprise me!! and for the best day ummmm probably wednesday, friday, or saturday night after about 9:15 pm would be the good days!!

Anyways this week, well it was a good week!! Time is flying by I can't believe its week 3 and my comp leaves in 2 weeks time Crazy!! Once again the Lord has blessed us here in wolverhampton, I truly do love this area and I love being able to recognize that all these blessings are coming from the Lord!!! This week especially though we saw that service brings fourth blessings, We did alot of service this week, one lady we mowed her lawn, another we built a shed and another we tore up grass and layed some stuff down and well it seemed like that was where all our time was spent, so i kinda was getting a little flustered because i wanted to be out talking to people, but I did love the service while we were doing it, ( I loved getting out of my shirt and tie :) ) But then it was weird because on of the ladys that saw us doing the service just walked into church on Sunday and asked us if we could come and teach her so the Lord blessed us, and I love doing service!!

This work is amazing and the days are flying by to quick but i LOVE being here and I'm going to make every second last!! I love you family!!!

Hey Hey Hey

So Check this Elder Davidson just got done golfing in the most beautiful weather England has ever seen!! I promise it was the best weather I have seen since I have been here it was the best, I think i even got sun burnt my skin is very sensitive to the sun hasn't seen it for a couple years haha!! Thats the good news, the bad news is is that ha well i spent most my game looking for my ball and in the sand haha looks like i need some more practice before i come home so that i can beat dad haha haha!!!

But as for some questions ha well for good ol Chantel tell her that i'll be there haha I don't think it will be to weird for me, I have learnt to love awkward moments on my mission so it should be good ha not that it would be awkward i'm sure it would be cool, but ya it would be cool to go!! She has talked about this kid in her letters and it sounds like she is happy so thats cool tell her congrats for me!! Thats sweet!!!!

Mom, ha I can't believe you traded in the mini?? I didn't even get to rally it one more time before you sent it off, looks like the new bug is going to have to get it double time from me haha!! I know how much you love your cars but hey it just has to get done :)

Anyways well a little bit about the week, ha I learnt a special lesson this week of diligence and man it was such a blessing to learn, I'll tell you what starting last monday me and my comp worked, now i have worked hard my whole mission but last week was a make or break it week so we worked packed our lunch and just skipped dinners we just wanted to find those elect children, so bam Monday we work and it was a way good monday met alot of people and set up alot of appointments with new people and Tuesday was the same we spent alot of p-day talking to people and proselyting and we were still seeing alot of success finding alot of new people that seemed Golden, and the come wednesday and we just get flogged all day but it didn't stop us we still just worked and instead of sulking (as dad would say) We just went to work and stopped more people in the street and knocked more doors, we even started to stop people in the car ha we were trying everything and well we found somemore new people and then Thursday comes and they all flog, and ya we got a little bit flustered but we just went to work just kept on trucking never stopping and just trusting in the Lord that we will find those people and the Friday comes and Bam ha still more flogs and by this point instead of getting mad me and my comp were just laughing haha just saying whatever and just kept on finding, and then comes saturday and wow saturday is a day i will never forget, we went out with nothing but still with the mind set that we can't quit and with the motto we set at the first of the transfer which is "Do it for Christ" and thats what we did we went to work and just did it all for our saviour and we were blessed, We met a malasion guy that just let us in and was way receptive to what we shared and wanted to find God!! His name was Alex :) and he came to church on sunday and loved it and now has a date for baptism, the we met a lady named Grace from Zimbabwe and we stopped her in the car and she just was loving the Book of Mormon as we read it with her and then she even called her Niece and both of them came to church and Loved it and they do have a date for baptism!! and then the next best thing a family of 3, we met them and they wanted to come to church and they loved it and we are going to invite them to be baptized this week!!! The Lord blessed us!!! He just helped us see miracles this weekend, and every goal that we set at the first of the week that seemed so impossible to hit friday night as we reviewed them all were hit because of diligence!! The Lord will never ever not keep a promise!!! I loved it!! Miracles on my mission that is all I have seen and this week was one i'll never forget!!

Hey Hey famillay :)

Good week it sounds like haha Jordan is the man first off just look at him haha i love him!! Just a beautiful smile haha he picked a winner good work son :) And don't you worry mom i'm not trunky haha how did you learn that word?? Got a lot of time left to do the Lords work and i haven't reached all the goals yet so i can't wait a second or its all over!!

ahhhh good week this week, first off i love coventry haha i just love it!!! we took 2nd at mission football though and i almost broke my ankle but it was a good day haha!! I got to see Shirzell but didn't catch any other of my converts in, but i'm glad i got to see Shirzell she was struggling a little bit with her family so we sat down had a prayer talked a shared some scriptures with her that got me through the hard times and then she promised me she would go back to church and yesterday i got a phone call and it was her saying how glad she was that i came and how happy she was that she went back to church her problems started to get easier and she was just so happy!! The Lord new who I needed to see so it was such a blessing!! Also this week haha I got to go on exchange with my boy Elder Hooper ahh he is the man I can't believe i hated my Nephi brother haha but he is sweet hard worker and just has a desire to share his testimony with all and just to love the people I learnt alot from him! It was his birthday so we woke up and i cooked him a good ol american breakfast pancakes peanut butter and syrup haha it had been ages since i have had that so it was the best i loved it!! We are teaching alot of people man the Lord ahhhh he is blessing us just miracles are happening!! One of our investigators was struggling he had is credit card stolen and someone took alot of money and they weren't going to refund him the money and so he was angry and told us he didn't want to come to church or learn, he had lost interest so we talk to him and just resolve concern, he then comes to church and as soon as he comes home he gets a call saying they were going to refund the money haha I love the gospel!! He is the man though his name is Pavan, i don't know if i told you that but he is getting baptized on the 7th of may so i'm stoked about that one!!

Things are amazing though the sunshine is just out and about and its getting hot!! i'm just loving it the people are more happy in the summer so we are seeing alot more reception from the people!! Its weird how that works but i love it!! So much i want to say this week but so little time i'm sorry!!

Mom i would love to stay with T-money thats perfect!! He can also help me with my studies haha probably the smartest kid i know so it'll be good for me :) Has Moss moved yet?? Is he looking for a place to live?

Transfers are next week and well pretty sure me and my comp will be splitting up so I could be moving but we will see hopefully i'll stay and he will go but we will see haha!! All else is well!! I'm loving it!! :)

Last thing I to mom am right when Jesus Christ appears the the people and man i was thinking the same thing that the world is just like this time it is getting bad and people are getting worse and worse and caught in the "secret combinations" but i also learnt the key is to stay faithful and obedient to the Lord and we will always be able to overcome the evils!! But if we give up just like the nephites and lose the spirit we are just like everyone else, we are nothing!! The key is to keep the spirit read pray church the key!! I love it!!

Hey Hey Hey

Well guess what?? I am in Coventry right now :) sitting on the same computers that i emailed for 9 and 1/2 months haha I LOVE COVENTRY :) Now the reason we are here is because today we have mission football here and well our zone is going to dominate :) we are going to smoke everyone haha!! President gave me permission to come early so i could see some of my recent converts so i can't wait for that i'm excited!!! I have missed them so it'll be good to see them!!

Now as for the "Ashed" haha I haven't seen the effects but we saw it at church on sunday, so many people went on holiday and couldn't fly home because of it so the chapel was almost empty it was crazy, me and my comp had to teach priesthood and gospel principles in both wards so it was quite the sunday haha!! We had a couple of investigators that came for the first time and they expected alot more people to come and were kinda shocked that not many people came but we told them the situation and next week they will see the big change!!

It has been a good week!! Our area is sick!!! So many people just prepared to recieve the gospel, I don't think the last missionaries talked to many people on the street because everyone will stop and talk to us so days have just been flying by!! We have a couple people that are preparing for baptism but because of the changes President Ogden made we have to wait a few extra weeks before we can baptize them, so hopefully i am still here to see them get baptized!! We are teaching this guy from India haha He is the man!! we went and played cricket on saturday and I was just taking the ball yack haha but he told me i was cheating and couldn't swing the bat like a baseball bat and that I had to start on the ground so things got harder haha but i still dominated!! But everything is going amazing!! Covering 2 wards is an adventure though, I have a hard enough time trying to learn everyones names in one ward and now i'm all confused and it has been a little awkward but i'll get it haha!! The Zone killed it this week!! We had a sweet Zone Conference and the missionaries just went out applied what they learnt and just doubled the weekly totals so it made us look really go even though we did nothing, Thats what i learnt this week, the Lord he gives our leaders revelation to take us to the next level and if we apply it then booom we will see the results, same applies with President Monson and all the people that spoke to us and general conference if we apply it the booom our Heavanly Father will bless us!! I love it :)

That is how are you doing in nigerian language :) Madre Madre I got your Tesco's thank you so so much i'm not gonna lie i feel kinda bad that so much money is getting spent and I hope that you know that I appreciate both you and dad for you support I know you are making alot of sacrafices and so I appreciate all that you do!! I Love you so so much!! My companion also says he Loves you :) he is loving the tesco's :) I'm glad dad bought a season pass because i'm going to spend alot of time up there with him just smoking him haha!! He doesn't stand a chance :)

ahhh I love my mission flip I just have met so many beautiful people and just got to learn so many hey how are you in different languages its just a blessing!! Anyways, how is everyone?? All is well over here in the beautiful England, The week was amazing and the Lord blessed our areas and the zone!!

So this week though, hmmmm well we are teaching this sweet guy from nigeria and he is just the man and well i found out that his name is Craig Alexander haha so without even thinking i was like no way my name is Alexander Craig haha and now at church he reaveled my true identity haha but he is the man!! we also had our district meetings and i'll tell you what, do you or dad remember the Hooper twins from nephi that came out with me?? the big giant basketball towers?? Well one of the Hooper twins is a district leader here so tuesday night i went on exchange with him and wow it was crazy he is the man just a hard worker and i love it!! During the night we were just up having some good ol pillow talk and we were just talking about Basketball, Football, and Baseball all the way up just recalling all the state games and he was on the other bracket so we were talking about the baseball state games and i was just going crazy, It has been almost 4 years since I had talked about it but man it brought back some good memories!! He is the man though and well my worst enemies on the sporting field are now some of my best mates on the lords battle field and i love it!! Other then that we found some good new people and the work is moving forward, I don't know how this place wasn't seeing success because its just a golden area I love it!! The down side I guess was that on Sunday we sat through 6 hours of church!! Now mom you know me i'm not even good at sitting for 3 hours of church but since we covered 2 wards man we just chill it was crazy!!! The amazing thing about it was that there were 2 different feelings in the wards. In Wednesfield in the morning well you felt the spirit and it was all good but I don't know it was a tense feeling like it didn't feel very organized i guess in a sense, but on the other hand in the Wolverhampton one the spirit was stronger, It felt like it was more organized and better prepared and it seemed like everyone new what they were doing, and it all came down to the Bishop. So I did learn that if i am ever a Bishop if i want it to run smoothly and if I want the spirit to be at a high its key to be prepared well planned and just all sorted!! Family I hope you all know that I love this gospel!! Most importantly I love my Savior Jesus Christ he is the source of my strength and i will forever rely on him!! I love you all!! Happy Easter Family!!!

I hope it has been a good one!! Snow Snow Snow gotta love it, i don't know whats up it warmed up a little here but now it is just back to bitter cold, hopefully it is just preparing for a hot summer!! I love my hot summers!! Anyways don't worry about it madre, no worries we were barely in the flat last week so i probably wouldn't of been home for it anyways but this week i will for sure.

Well oh man haha its been quite the week but its been a good one!! We had the chance to meet our new ward mission leaders, and i must say there struggling, So i don't know if i told you in my last email but we are covering 2 wards, so the Wednesfield ward and the Wolverhampton ward and well apparently Wednesfield is the weaker of the 2 noone does anything i guess haha and well we just thought it was a rumor and that there was no way it could be as bad as everyone says it is and well we go to a meeting with our ward mission leader and the first thing he says after he introduces himself was not gonna lie to you Elders this ward sucks!!!! Don't expect much help from the members, they won't come out teaching with you, they won't fellowship your inmvestigators and they definately won't help you recent converts! They don't do there home teaching, they don't do the visiting teaching, they don't do anything!! I was just shocked i just smiled and me and my comp said welt looks like we are going to have to change some things haha so it will be quite the adventure, but we are excited to try and help!! We found out how bad it really was this weekend as well, So we had some investigators that we found on Thursday and Friday that wanted to come to General Conference with us and we found out that the Chapel we go to watch General Conference at was 2 hours away from where we live, so we start phoning around to see if anyone is going to conference but noone was, and if they were they didn't want to take investigators there, no lie i phoned everyone on the ward list and it was getting frustrating but finally I just phoned up the stake president and luckily he is the man because he just swung by and picked up all the investigators we had coming!!! Even though it was out of the way he just said sure Elders what are there addresses i would love to pick them up!!! So he is the man and i don't know how the ward is so bad, but apparently he said that he was releasing the Elders Quorum President and the Bishop so things might change with some new leadership, we will see!!!

As for the other ward Wolver Hampton is pretty good they have alot of good people there so i think we will be spending more time trying to find people in wolverhampton then we do in wednesfield but i guess we will go where ever the Lord wants us to be so we will see!!

So how did everyone like conference?? I loved it!!!!!! Ahhh it was so good this time!!! I was just smiling the whole time i couldn't wipe the smile off of my face!!! I love listening to the Prophets and Apostles speak!! I know they are called of God because so many questions or doubts i had were answered by them simply speaking!! My favorite thing, well one of my favorites was this statement right here, "There is only one source of peace in life and that is the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ" I loved it!!!! Jesus is the Christ and he is the only way that we all can return to live together once again!!!

Mother!!

Thank you so much for working so hard!! your the best!! I appreciate all your help with signing me up for school!! As for how much i want to do hmmm well lets start out slow so i can make some money as well as go to school so maybe about 8 or 9 credits?? how much is moss going to take?? How much do you think i need to take?? Tell Moss to make sure he finds us a good place to stay haha!! best be nice :) Sounds like it was a good time with half the crew back eh?? I can't wait to hear about all my buddies missions and to rejoice with them about all the blessings we recieved from our heavanly father!! I am greatful for my mission because of the amazing lessons i have learned and for the relationship i have with my father in heavan and Jesus Christ all of this will help me through out life thats for sure!!! You can't not understand how excited i am for my big brother to be going back out to serve the Lord!! It isn't an easy thing to do but I know Big Elder Myers is going to tear it up and just Love every second so I'm excited for him!! Could you send me his address so I can hit him up??

Well anyways it has been a good week!! We have had alot of success and we even had a guy that asked me in the street if he could get baptized haha, we were just walking down the street on our way to an appointment and I see a beautiful African brother so as I do with all the Africans I see i take off running to him and start sharing the gospel with him, he is from Nigeria and he was just the man and as soon as i showed him the book of mormon he said oh my brother i have been looking for this everywhere!! Can i come to your church and get baptized...... I was in shock i just said of course you can brother but we have to teach you some things first and he just said ok brother whatever it takes haha so he is the man, he came to church with his wife as well so they both will be getting baptized soon!! But the bad news is is i got a phone call from President and i have been called to be a Zone Leader in a different Zone :( I am getting moved to the Lichfield Zone which is right next to Birmingham so it'll be good to be near there but we just got the westcotes area bumpin with success and it'll be hard to leave but its all good I know the Lord is going to bless me there and he has a work for me to do!! It will be alot of work though because we are getting white washed in meaning both me and my comp will be moving in for the first time!! The Zone was struggling last transfer so President told me i have alot of work to do haha but i'm excited!!! My comp is Elder Richter he is from Germany!! He to came out with me so it'll be sweet to serve with him!! I am not quite sure of my address yet but when i get it i will send it to you as soon as possible ok!!!

Happy Easter Family give the nephews a big hug for me when you see them madre!! enjoy the general conference its my favorite time of year because this is when i personally can get taught by Gods living prophets and apostles its the time when i get to be the investigator and be taught by God so enjoy it :) I love you all!! How are the Jazz hmmmm?? did dad go to the game?? He best be writing me soon telling me all about it!!

Well the weather is cold over here!! I stay bundled up still and the rain just wouldn't stop this week it was crazy but i enjoy it now a days, I've learned that you can use it to your advantage and its a good way to get into peoples houses and then you just slightly teach them the gospel!! It doesn't work as much with the English people, some will let you in. But mostly my beautiful african queens will let us in haha I love them :) Its been a fun week, I have had the opportunity to go on a little adventure this week! We had interviews with president on wednesday and Me and my companion were going last so we could talk to President about the issues the missionaries bring up and there stuggles so we can make plans to help them. So we go in and well one of the companionships that are actually the Elders that are in Loughborough were really struggling with getting along with one another and we new there was some problems but we didn't know it was this big so President was worried because in the companionship is one of the missionaries from Mainland China and he was struggling with testimony so me and Elder Perry went home prayed that night for guidance on how we could help them and then studied about it the next morning and we both decided we needed to go on an unusual exchange so instead of going for just 24 hours we went on a 4 day exchange and have spent the last 4 days teaching and trying to build testimony and we have fasted and prayed and things made a complete turn around!! Elder Guo the chinese missionary has a new light and bore a solid testimony to us today when we were exchanging back and I had the chance to go with Elder Gerber and teach him about his role as a leader and make some good plans with him and learned from him! it has been a great experience and the Lord truly has poured his spirit out upon me and Elder Perry as we have tried to set examples for them and teach them!! I am so greatful for my opportunity to be a leader and serve other missionaries and when they trust you its amazing to have them turn to you for help!! It has been amazing to me and I have enjoyed trying to help them!!

My mission has taught me so much everyday when I have a learning experience some times it takes me more then a day to realize it and things get hard until the Lord has to slap me in the face and say stop that, haha but I know that he has carried me through my mission and he has made me into who i am now!! And I am greatful that i get to be an instrument in his hands to help others to learn about and accept his gospel, not only non members but missionaries as well!! Its is fun to tell them about the times when i have got slapped in the face by the Lord and teach them so that they don't have to go through some of the challenges i did!!

My family I love each and every one of you!! I am greatful for you all!!

The Lord has been my strenght and i know that he can and will help me throughout the rest of my life if i rely on him!!

Dear Family,

Haha gotta love it :) I love my bonnie she is just amazing, looking out for me while i'm not even there haha!! But no worries she is engaged there is somewhere there haha i'll find her some time :) but don't be afraid to give my address to some of the cute girls you meet :) But your right mom that is messed up of dad a t-money not to wait for you to come home before they go to the jazz game!! What would be even worse was if they didn't buy a souveneir for Elder Davidson and ship it out to him from the game ahah :)

Life is going good!! This week was amazing, me and my companion went to work and i just loved it!!!! Because we white washed in we didn't have anyone to teach so me and my companion just decided we needed to go to work so we just skipped our lunch and dinner and just went to work ahhhhh the time flew by but the Lord blessed us!! We ended up getting a few people to church who are just prepared!! They should be good and we are excited to help them prepare for baptism!! I personally saw the power of fasting this week!! The zone had been struggling a bit with a few things so Elder Perry and I just decided to fast and invited the zone to fast with us and in the zone we saw miracles we doubled almost every number in our key indicators and got double the amount of people at church!! It just got everyone the spirit and people were just asking to be baptized and to learn about the restored gospel! It just amazes me the truthfulness of the gospel and the blessings that come from a little sacrafice!!

Funny story though, so we live in our new flat ya and well it has a washer and a dryer and well i did my wash this week and well i put in on wash and dry and all my clothes my G's my chill shirts and my hoodies just shrunk haha so i'm wearing these clothes that are a little small haha, It might be that i put on a few pounds since i have been in the car but i'm pretty sure they shrunk alot haha!! I thought i was all cool finally getting to dry my clothes just like home instead of on a drying rack and they just all shrunk haha gotta be humble i guess :)

Dear Family,

Well this week went by way to fast, it was kind of a blur. We had to say goodbye to all the amazing recent converts here in loughborough and i must admit even though i was here for so short of a time a got attached to alot of them and am going to miss them! They just kept saying "we will miss you elders" and that is just what a missionary wants to hear!!

We got all moved in on friday but we had a baptism back in loughborough so we pretty much spent saturday and sunday there didn't even feel like i had got transferred haha! But we got to work monday here in westcotes, and i can't wait to just keep on keepin on. this area is amazing it reminds me of coventry so i just love it, its like i'm back on home turf and i don't have to adapt to a new accent or a new style of people so that is the good thing!! Are new ward mission leader is just the man, just looking to help us so now that we have the ward behind us as well I think the Lords work willl press forward a little bit easier and more success to come so me and my comp are excited!!

So, i was talking to President a little bit and I asked if i could extend my mission because to be honest i'm scared to go home, kinda like you were saying mom i'm kind of scared to leave my little bubble haha where the Lord is constantly each second of the day right by my side, and President filled me in on Elder Davidson there is a life after mission and the Lord he has a plan for you and you have to fulfill your mission back home as well! So even though i am scared to come back to the world i know that my mission will never end!! But I'm not worried because i still have 6 months to serve the Lord and I won't stop tell they tell me i have to!! I love it to much!! and I owe the Lord!!

Hey Hey Hey,

Well things are starting to get better, We think we have found a flat. We are just waiting to see if the Land Lord will rent out to the Church so hopefully he will, and well if he will we should be moved in on friday but we will see!! We have been able to go back to work this week and I love it!!! The Lords work just brings happiness I don't care it does!! We had transfers last week and we have some new elders and sisters in our districts so it has been good to get to know all of them!!! We had Zone Leader council yesterday (monday) and President was talking about how much a mission can change and Elders or a Sisters life, and I went home last night and i was just sitting next to the heater in the flat (the flat is cold :) ) and I was just looking back on my life on the first of my mission and i have noticed how different i truly am, its scary but all of it is for the better!!! The Lord truly does mold boys into men on there missions!! It just put a smile on my face!! So ya the weather has been cold, it has snowed then rained then shined. The days when the sun is out are usually the coldest so we usually pray for rain or snow haha!! But it has been good, I am ready for the summer though it just makes things a little bit easier to be Diligent and happy and well dry :) Everything is going good, finally the Bishop decided to confirm our investigator this sunday so alot of stress was relieved there! We should have a baptism this week but i guess we will just see if we get moved or not we should be able to come back anyways its not to far away! It was fun this week we played basketball with all our chinese investigators and also the recent converts and man I have lost a few little skills but for the most part I still have my game haha!! it was fun the chinese are shooters though so it was like being back home in a legit game so it was fun!! One of our recent converts is hooking me up with all the stats because Sned isn't doing a very good job this year haha!! I know he is busy but come on i should be his priority haha jk!!

Hey tell Jordan congrats for me!! you will have to send me a pic of jordans fiance when you are at here shower so I can see what he is getting himself into?? As for needs i'm pretty good the lord is taking care of me and i don't need much! On second thought maybe a weight loss programm haha because we are on the road so much we eat alot of "fast food" and I have less time to work out so Elder D is puttin on the weight haha but its good a little extra warmth to get me through the winter i guess :) No everything is good!! Family,

Well i don't have much time because i have to be heading to transfers, turns out me and my companion are staying in loughboro but only until we find a flat in leicester, because we cannott live with the member because we aren't on the normal missionary schedule. This week i learnt something though as we were searching for a new flat this week we have been spending alot of time in leicester viewing places and talking to real estate agents and we have spent less time talking with people and i tell you what it was probably one of the worst weeks on my mission. Me and my comp have kind of been on edge because we of the stresses of feeling like we were back part of the world it was rough but on sunday we just speant the whole day besides church finding and talking to people and it just made me so happy, i have realized how much love i have grown for the Lords work and his Gospel and sharing it with my brothers and sisters and I don't ever want to stop, I love this gospel and the most happiness i have felt in my life is since i have been out here sharing my testimony of my saviour!! I know that he has carried me through all the hard times and he willl always be my best friend standing next to me never to let me down!! Thank you Mom and Dad for your testimonys and for sharing them with me it was the starting blocks to my testimony!! I love you all!! Thank you for all the love and support you have shown me!!

Hey,

MOmmy thank you for the Tesco's it was perfect, It came perfect timing right when we were walking in the door the guy pulled up!! I appreciate all that you do!! The weather is cold but it is good, no more snow just some nice rain and then wind but it hasn't been to bad i think i am used to the winters here now!!California sounds nice though haha just baking up the sun, have fun and enjoy the spa treatment you deserve it!! Send lots of pictures!!

You are right about one thing though mom, President Ogden helped me realize that in one of my last interviews, He said don't take the Book of Mormon for granted it is for our day and age personally it came forth just for us in these last days to guide and direct us, and its true it was writtien to guide us in these latter days! The book of mormon is my favorite thing to read if i don't get a study in the morning the rest of the day i feel i little weak its just my spiritual energy drink haha!!

Wow so what a week, well we have had some trouble here with the Bishop, all i can say is he doesn't really like or agree with the England Birmingham Mission and so apparently for the last year or so he has been making the missionaries job alot harder! and this week we saw it, we had a chinese investigator who got baptized a couple weeks ago and well because the past missionaries have been trying hard to work with the ward better they do sunday baptisms here and then the following week they are confirmed which is just crazy talk making them wait that long to recieve the holy ghost but it is how the Bishop wanted it, and well anyways Luyi got baptized and was supposed to get confirmed this week but he had some visa problems and well is probably going to have to go back to china to sort everything out, and he wasn't going to be able to make it to church this sunday because he had to go to London to sort out somethings with his lawyer and he wasn't sure if he was going to be coming back to Loughborough so we called President on friday and asked what we should do and he said call the bishop and ask him if we can give him the give of the Holy Ghost before he leaves for London, so we do and well the Bishop wouldn't do it for no reason at all he just wouldn't do it so we call President and he was fuming because apparantely it has happened before and well we haven't been able to contact luyi and we think he may have gone back to China and it is breaking our hearts!! We have been talking to President and well he says that he can't have 2 of his best missionaries having to worry about the Bishop and a Zone its to hard so by next week we are pretty sure we are going to be getting transferred to a new area in the Zone!! So its been a crazy stressful last week but i have learnt alot!

He best be on his way sending me some pics so i can approve!! nah jk i'm sure that he picked a winner, any girl would wanna be with him he is the man!! But crazy i'm going to have to get all new friends to go chill with all of them are going to be with there wives!! Moss better still be waiting for me haha!! Mom will you ask moss if he will be my valentine haha??

Well this week was a good one!! First off i must start by telling you that i passed my driving test :) yay now i can officially legally drive, Driving the last couple weeks has reminded me when i lost my license for a month and then I still managed to drive a little here and there haha living on the edge :) but it was good good!! The sweet thing was is that we had to drive to coventry to switch cars there because we only had an automatic and i wanted to take my test in a manuel, so we went to switch cars and i got to talk to the Elders about all the people I had grown to love while i was there and i even got to see some of my recent converts there!! I tell you what there was not a better feeling then the one I got when i found out that most of them were still coming out to church!! We are going to go take the car back today so we are going to take our p-day in c town so i can visit them and all that good stuff i'm way excited!!

The Zone is doing well, we are getting a little scared to invite people to be baptized with all the new things that President Ogden has put in and taught us, so the baptisms are lowering all around the mission, but we have so good plans to bring the boldness back into the work and so even though its going down now we can get it to x-plode when we combine the 2 so i'm excited!!

Nothing else to exciting is happening!! But i am just happy as can be, the Lord is blessing me and the area we are in and I recognize those blessings and appreciate every one!! I hope all is well back home! I miss you all and hope you know that i am greatful for all that you do for me and that i love you!!

Hey Family :)

Well its been quite a good week down here!! The snow has come and gone and now it is back to the good old english rain :) Loughborough is the place to me its a blessed land with so many people prepared by the lord! It feels like i haven't spent much time in loughborough to be honest we have just been trying to take care of all the other teams and help them get things all sorted out so we can make sure they see success in there area's! I learnt something that is when you are in the service of your fellow beings (missionaries) you are only in the service of your God!! Even though we didn't spend much time at all in our area and didn't get to work much to find people the Lord blessed us with people coming to church!! We had probably about 3 hours all week to find people and miracles happened we found 4 people that came to church and were just prepared by the Lord and ready to be taught the gospel!! And I bet even if we would have spent 20 hours in our own area and not worried about the rest of the zone that we would have not had those 4 to church!! I love it!! This is why being a missionary is so amazing every week i see so many miracles and i just love it!

I'm glad to here that the Lord is taking care of the familie I hope you know i pray for you every night and am so greatful for all the support i recieve!!

Hydi and Matt hope you plan on taking me to disneyland with the boys when i get home :)

Hey Hey Hey!

Well I finally made it to good ol Loughboro :) It has been a fun few days being here and me and my comp are already being blessed so its amazing!! This is a blessed land because of the obedience of the last missionaries so we will for sure be keeping that up this transfer so we can see success! My position started right when i arrived day 1 on our way home from the mission home where I met my comp he told me we had to go and fix some missionaries and correct some of the things they shouldn't of been doing so, he sent me on exchange with the senior companion and well i learnt that my job is going to be easy haha but it was good i'm stoked to start it and to be that example and the whole zone are sweet, so we will see success this transfer for sure!!

My comp is Elder Perry, he is from Draper Utah!! He is the man, just a stud I love him already, we have had alot of fun in the snow, it has just kept snowing and snowing but that hasn't stopped us we are the only ones in loughboro that will drive in it haha its funny people just think we are crazy and we just smile and say just like home haha I love it!!

My last companion Elder La Vita stayed back in Caerphilly and he is going to make sure he gets those people that we were teaching baptized so I'm pretty stoked to hear about that one!

Hey Hey Hey

Well what a week :) Happy New Year all :) We got a good 6 inches of snow last night so its amazing! Just like home its cold, kids are throwing snow balls at us, i'm throwing them back (still got my throwing arm) haha everything is amazing!! But sounds like everyone got a good ol relaxation moment just to chill haha well not Elder Davidson no chill time for him haha!! I loved it this week was great we had one of our investigators get interviewed for baptism and she passed and is doing so good her name is Emma Simpson. Also this less-active familie we are teaching has alot of familie that aren't members who are now really interested in the gospel and all have accepted a date to be baptized and well to say the least Caerphilly is exploding and the Lord is blessing it with loads of success!

The not so good news but the good news at the same time haha is that Elder Davidson is getting transferred to Leicester, where i will be serving as a Zone Leader there! President called me on monday and asked me and I was shocked i just said uh uh uh sure President, are you sure you dialed the right number haha, but i am excited it will be good! The even more crazy thing is I will be serving with an Elder that i came out with named Elder Perry!! He is the man and i am stoked to be able to serve with hime!!

The Snow however is kinda stopping me from leaving haha, noone in the UK knows how to drive in the snow so the country has shut down temporalily but no worries I will get to Leicester soon enough haha!! I don't know my address quite yet but I will send it to you next tuesday when i get there!

I learnt something this week which ties a little bit in with Katie's email, she talked about a song that her and Gracie sing called I am a child of God, well while we were sitting in sacrament meeting this sunday I was just pondering as i always do and thinking about the week and thinking on some things i could do to improve, and well the closing hymn came and it was I am a child of God so we started to sing it and the last verse sayed a line that touched me, it says "if i but learn to do his will i'll live with him once more" and wow I have sang that song a million times but this one time it hit me, its so simple, if we just learn to do his will we will llive with him once more, we will be happy in this life and we will be successful!! Same with my mission if i just simply learn to do all the little things no matter what, even Excercise in the morning no matter how tired i am I will have success!!

Now this familie is why i absolutely love my mission!! I learn something new every day and i understand how simple the gospel is and the plan that a father has for us!! I love it!!

I love you familie and i am greatful for the knowledge that i am a Child of God :) I miss you!!

Hey Hey Hey :)

How is everybody!! OH man mom i am so sorry i had it in my notes to do list to tell Grandpa Happy Birthday but it just was gone out of my mind!! So will you please tell him i miss him and Happy Birthday from his favorite Grandson :) Take him a pic to have so he won't forget my face when i come visit him!!

Wow so about my week!! oh man i have had better thats for sure, but i love it all there to make you reflect, be humbled, get stronger, and CHANGE!!! so it was good!! The Lord liveth i do know that!!! and I love it!!! This week on tuesday as soon as i got done with emailing i went on exchange and it was with a team of mine that is really struggling with finding people and well I think i am pretty good and finding people and giving out Book of Mormons and all the things they needed so i was excited but for some reason I lost all my stuff all because i thought i was good enough to do it all but i lost it, It was weird it was like I couldn't speak! I learnt the next morning in my study why it was like that!! I put my trust in the arm of flesh to much and I didn't put any trust in the Lord, and just as it say in Nephi Cursed is he that putteth his trust in the arm of flesh!! So i repented and changed and it got alot better by the end of my exchange and I well the Lord helped them find some people to teach and work with!!
Then we had Zone Conference on Thursday and my Trainer Elder Skidmore gave his departing testimony!! He is going home at the end of this transfer and i almost cried!! It made me realize that my mission does end that it is going so fast and i only have a short period left!! I am really past my year mark!! Ahhhhhh it killed me!! I Love serving my Savior Jesus Christ and I don't know what i'm going to do when my time runs out!! But I gotta work work work thats all i know i can't think about it i just gotta work!!!
Then on Friday we went down stairs after weekly planning and went to the bike shed and someone had broken in and stolen Elder La Vita's bike!! They left mine!! but took his ah man so we spent all day walking to the town to try to find him a new bike!
Then Saturday Halloween ha it was a good day until all the families went to bed and only the punks were left out ha!! then things got a little dodgie haha!! I got hit with an onion but no biggy just a bruise on my arm haha!! luckily thats all that happened!!
It was just a learning week!! something that kept coming back though every time i thought about it was stop trusting in yourself! Your Weak Elder Davidson but if you trust in me i will make you strong!! And I am weak i am!! But you my famile, my friends, everyone makes me stronger! But without the Lord I am nothing!!

I love you all thank you for all you do!! You lift me when i am down and i wouldn't be able to do it with out you!! I love you all so so much!!

Well wow sounds like you had some fun in Kansas!! ah thats the best!! Thanks james for all the pictures i loved seeing them!! Looks like the old man still has his swing haha!! hopefully he doesn't lose it before i get home, i don't want to beat him to bad haha!!
Speaking of dad, no i didn't get his email or any of his letters, they might have all gone to the cov flat and so hopefully i should get them this week at Zone Conference. There was a 4 day strike over here in england with the post that ended i think saturday so hopefully i should be getting post soon haha!!

Anyways this week was great, the work is really moving forward, we are finding new people to teach everyday in everyway!! The Lord is really taking care of us and I know he only can keep blessing us if we keep on working so that is what we will do!! My comp and I are getting along great, we both like to have a good laugh so we can joke with one another so it is good, He is a young missionary that hasn't had much success at the first of his mission (just like me) so it is good we can talk and i can relate to him. and hopefully with your prayers and our faith we can change that together and both see alot of success!! He is a stud though!!

I love my mission! i am so greatful to be serving at this time! Oh man so many miracles so many answered prayers it has been amazing! The Lord has blessed me and i love him for it!! I love him for the hard times when life is a struggle!! I love the rejection every second of it!! But most importantly i love seeing the change in people when they accept the true and living gospel of Jesus Christ!!! The way they just glow ahh it has changed me!! This is the lords work and i am here to do the work!!! And I will!!!

I Love my yanks!!!! look at um go!! All the way baby!! Arod my boy stud thats all I can say haha!! I love it!! Thanks for the info!!

Can you believe Beaumont is alread home?? where is the time going?? I can't believe it time is flying by!! I mean its almost Christmas again!! It feels like yesterday i was counting down the days for Christmas to get here but now I want the time to slow down!! but I can't wait to talk to the fam :)

So yuppers Elder D got moved haha!! its been a good week so far! We had someone at church and it was the first time in about 6 weeks so it was good the Lord is already starting the work again!! Just so you know i'm still District Leader but I just have a totally new District!! I haven't met them yet, I have talked to them over the phone but thats about it! I will get to meet them tomorrow at District meeting so i'm pretty stoked!!
I am positive that my adress is right but it is some newer buildings so that is probably why it isn't coming up on google earth!!

My comp is a stud!! He is a funny kid so we are having some good times over here!! Caerphilly's ward is pretty good as well, the members are nice its just hard to get them to come out teaching with us because the missionaries in the past kinda ruined things with there not so good acts!! But we are trying to build the trust and hopefully soon they will start supporting us a little bit more!!

I had my first accident on my bike in caerphilly this week haha, didn't take long!! There are some crazy steep hills over here in wales and well my little old bike was having a hard time with them haha but i got to the top of one and started my treck down and my peddle just snapped and got caught in the tyre so i flipped right over top and landed on my back but luckily my back pack was there so i didn't even have a scratch thank goodness!! but I am going to get it all juiced up today while we have time so it'll be ready to go the rest of the week!!

Anyways I love you all!! thanks for all your love and support! I miss you and hope that all is well down there in the good ol utah :) The Lord is going to take care of us this transfer i have no doubts I just know that | am here for a reason and I don't know what it is yet but i sure will know soon!!

So wow ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got moved this week!!! I can't even believe it!! My beautiful Coventry ahh man its gone!!! I'm gonna miss it!! Probably the hardest thing i have ever done leaving that place!! all those beautiful people just saying goodbye was so hard!! I almost just didn't go haha but i'll go where the lord wants me to go!!

I am now serving in the beautiful Caerphilly in Wales!!! wow is it different down here!! it is a similar place to the forest of dean!! very small and beautiful!! The people over here wow, I don't even think they are speaking English when they are talking to me haha, they just speak so fast, man its intense!! I have to think about what they said and process it all and the speak ha its quite funny but i love it!! My new comp is Elder La Vita, he is from South Africa, he is the man!! I love him!! he is a newer missionary and is just full of love so it should be good over here i'm excited!!

My packages well hopefully they get to me haha, that coventry flat everything goes missing there haha!! I think from now on it might be better to send packages to the mission address so then i know i will get them haha!!

Hey Madre and Fam!!!

Well wow i'm gonna let you know right now that all that money that was put in for some souvenairs got spent on everything but that!! It went to a new bike because mine and my companions got stolen!! they cut a steal chain and stole them wow must of really needed them!! Then for church it went to taxis so my investigators could attend church because the other Elders kind of made the members a little hateful and so everyone was refusing to give lifts this sunday! luckily that was sorted last night and lets just say i'm glad i wasn't the one that did what they did!! gotta love the members that is the most important thing!! also it went to serving my new companion as he himself ran out of money for food!! so i'm sorry if i went passed what was put in but its been quite the last couple of weeks!! I love the trials baby :) :) just take it with a smile!!

thanks for all your support though!! I am glad that you all enjoyed and got as much out of conference as i did!! I hope this week was good for you sounds like dad is going to be having a waste out session though this weekend full of golfing!! One day he will take his son Elder Davidson on a trip!! but don't worry we won't go with out you mother :) your the party :)

Oh but how i miss the waking up sunday morning to sticky buns and general conference with the family!! but wow do i love conference!! Living Prophets and Apostles that is what we listened to all weekend long and I loved every second of it!! Saddly to say though I didn't get to watch Elder Hollands talk :( my favorite and the most powerful speaker I had to miss it was just to late it is at 9:00 p.m over here so we missed it, but now that you mentioned it i can't wait to read it when the ensign comes!! but everything else was beautiful i loved it i truly did wow!! the talk just for me, well everyone had a certain special meaning but the one that touched me the most was in the priesthood session i hope dad watched it! it was Elder Ballard talked all about Fathers and Sons talking one with another and communicating!! That is something i never really did with Dad of with you Mom and its hard to admit it but I will change i know that you both have been where i have been you both know what decisions will help me and what ones won't so I will come to you for advice I love ya!!! But the whole conference humbled your boy Elder Davidson!! I know now that i need to serve more, and that I do need to love more!! I will I will I will!!! thats what i wrote on my notes!!! Cause thats what life is all about serving your brothers and sisters, I thank mom and dad for all the times you pulled myself out of bed to go do the service for the people who needed it!! for the people who were calling out for help, you taught me a life long lesson that I will never forget and I will never think of service as a burden!! You are the example and I love ya!! thank you so so much for everything!! I miss you!! I love you!!! You are the examples that have changed me forever!!! and I will take all that you have taught me and teach it to my children because i see now how important it is!!! I love you both so much!! More then the world!!

Anyways the work is going good! we had another baptism this weekend of Jason Bevins, My first "ENGLISH" baptism haha it went well he is a stud with a strong testimony!! The Baptismal service was hectic and stressful, We met jason at his house at 11:00 p.m. the Baptisme was supposed to start at 12:00 the member came and showed up at 11:30 a half an hour late, so the filling up the font was pushing it cuz it usually took about 45 minutes, so we get there and i run to the place where the key to the font usually is, and it is gone so i'm am just running around looking for it, calling the person that is supposed to have it oh so finally at about 12:00 i get the key and start filling the font so we start the baptismal service and like 12:30 and to top it all off the lady who was supposed to be playing the piano and doing a musical item doesn't show, I call her and call her but she just doesn't show so we just try to sing acapella and well in england its not like america where it sounds ok it is just brutal people were laughing it was so bad, oh man then I go to check the font to see if it is full during the talks be4 the baptism and someone had turned it off, so i run to it and turn it back on and so we have to sit outside the font for 30 minutes and wait for it to fill the Bishop wasn't happy ahhh man it was stressful, but all in all it went well haha!!! Those are the times that i just look at and smile!! I love it haha!! The hard times are the best times!

Hey Family :)

Ahhhhhh the new niece is gorgeous!! I LOVE IT!! Looks just like me :) so you might as well just name her after me :) Alexandra Sned sounds wonderful haha!!
No Postal strike over here but no I haven't recieved Hydis?? when did she send it?? It should come in the next couple of days!!
This week was pretty good!! No baptism last saturday :( but this saturday we have one so it will be good!! The goal is 8 baby I love it and we have Baptized 3 and we have 5 scheduled so if they all hold we will get it!!! I love it though!! the lord has truely blessed us this week!! we picked up 2 new ones that were placed perfectly in our path!! I love that the lord always finds a way!! but we will get it just gotta work our tails off and be Obedient and the Lord will take care of us!!But as for the mission..... Well things are changing President Ogden has made some huge changes that are going to take some time to get used to!!! 1 of the biggest one is Accounting, My teams used to call me everynight and tell me about there day and how the people they were teaching were doing and all this good stuff and I could help them with the problems and concerns that they were facing with there area's and there Investigators, but as of last thursday they don't call me anymore, well they do but only to tell me they are safe home and thats it!! Oh it has been weird accountability has gone down and I am scared that missionaries effectiveness will go down!! But we will see he is called of God, so we just have to have faith!!
Its harder for me as a Leader because i still have to find ways to keep my teams Accountable to their actions without talking to them for very long at night but it makes me think so thats the good things haha I'll figure something out!!
In the flat we had a case of Swine Flu, Elder Newbury caught it and was out of commission for a week, we had to take shifts of who sat in the flat with him so the Zone Leaders could do work in there area but luckily none of us caught it from him!!!
Anyways nothing much happened this week, Gadfield Elm was amazing!! Pictures to come.... But ya good week!!

Anyways All I can say is Rice Krispie treats and i'm happy :) wo wo wait Peanut butter rice krispie treats :)
So wow good week!!

So this week went well!! We had another Baptism which went amazing!! I loved it!! her name is Sarah she is just beautiful ha I love her!! It's Endurances Girlfriend and it is amazing to see how much they both are enjoying the gospel of Jesus Christ!! No Baptism this week but we should have a couple on the 26th so that'll be good!! Still trying and trying to reach that goal! We will get there no doubt!!
This week we get to go to Gadfield Elm!! Oh man I am stoked its going to be amazing!! that is where we are holding Zone Conference this Transfer so it should be an amazing experience!! If you don't know anything about it you should look it up its got some history behind it!!So I went on exchange this week in a town called Banbury and they had scheduled a little footie match with some non members and well Elder Davidson ya know he is just a stud at footie haha jk i was making a fool out of myself out in the front line trying to score so the second half they decided to put him in as the goalie haha ya know the losers spot haha and well I just dominated and they didn't score the whole second half so after that little experience i decided i better go pro at football haha and just use my 2nd base skills to dig the soccer ball haha!! Yup knew dream haha jk!! but no it was fun after we got done playing we all gathered around and read from the book of mormon with these kids and they loved it!! The book of mormon is amazing i just love it! It puts out a spirit that nothing else can put out! I love reading from it with my investigators and converts just seeing there eyes light up as you read the amazing experiences in there!! The spirit just touches there hearts, its amazing!!

I love it!! I love my mission!! I don't care I do!! its the best thing i have ever done!!! I Love it I love it!!!

This week went amazing!! I had the chance to see the 4 best baptisms of my life!! I also got to sing at the baptism ahhh oh boy nots so good haha but it was an adventure!!!

Tran and Thanh loved there baptism, they just loved it!! I love them they are amazing and i am so glad that i got to stay in cov town so i could see and have this amazing week!! President Ogden came to this baptism and so did a member of the Seventy, I can't remember his name it was hard to say thats all i know haha!! the Lord is truly blessing this area holy wow its amazing people are being touched by the spirit!!

We have another baptism this week which is going to be amazing as well!! It is for Sarah ah she is so beautiful, she is Endy's G-friend so it is fun to teach her because Endy just does all the teaching before we get there so she just knows it all haha its great!!

I will tell you what though, there was this member in the ward that we helped yesterday and wow, I loved it!! we were even pulling weeds and i was just loving it, I don't know what it was but being away from getting my hands dirty for a year just made me love it!! So mom don't you worry there will be no whining when i get home about pulling weeds haha I love it!!!

Being a Trainer has been going good though oh buddy I have learned that i went to easy on him the first transfer and now that i have given him responsibility you can tell it has raised the stress but it'll be good for him, he is loving his mission, and loved baptising on saturday so he is doing good!! We Would love some Beaver Football T-shirts if possible?? that would be amazing!!

Anyways thanks for all you do you are all amazing!! I love ya I do!! I miss you for shoe :) Bad rhyming but hey what can ya do :)

Ahhhh man that kills me!! but its all good no worrys i will get some of them back it will be all good!! No worries No worries!!

but wo mom what is going on?? your feet are swollen?? thats crazy!!! get that fixed you have me nervous out here!! Maybe you just need to get off your feet for a while because i know you, your on your feet all day!! you need to just chill out for a bit!! But wow everyone sounds busy, thats good!! When we are busy we have a less chance of getting in trouble so good good!!

So crazy Transfers came and gone once again and Elder Davidson is still staying in coventry with my boy!! Its crazy 9 months?? that never happens but I love coventry so its great i'm happy to stay!! I mean there must me that person that i have been sent here to find that i haven't found yet I guess I better go to work so I can find them so the Lord will let me move on haha!!

The Zone Leader that was here Elder Bearnson, he went home this transfer and it was so sad to see him try to not pack up his stuff and to see how much a mission really is the best 2 years of your life that you will never get back!! He loved his mission and you could see that and it just made me happy to know that i still have a year but sad to know that i only have a year and there is so much i still haven't done that i need to accomplish!! But it has made me more excited for the work so that was good!! The Lord does take care of his missionaries and familys while they are gone its beautiful!!!

but the new Zone Leader in cov town is Elder Gee, ah he is a stud he is English but a different kind of english ha so its good I like him it'll be a fun transfer!!

Man President Ogden wow he is amazing I love him but wow you should see the kind of changes that are happening its a different style and it is hard to get accustomed to but it'll be good, he was sent here to do the work and if that is the way the Lord wants it done I'll do it, but wow its like starting over again but its way good I love it!!!

100.00 dollors?? does that mean i can buy me a yankees hat to celebrate there beautiful domination haha!! I have been dying to get one but hey I'll ask first haha?? what do you think??

Oh man I made the best american breakfast the other day just pancakes (the mix had to get sent over by a missionaries parents but he gave it to me :) ) and bacon and eggs and just syrup oh man it was beautiful, not as beautiful as one of your breakfasts mom but wow I would have to say i'm pretty good haha!!

Ok ok i know it is way random this week, i'm sorry my mind is just everywhere!! but I love you!!! We have a Baptism this week as well!!! 2 baptisms in our area and 2 in the Zone leaders so it should be a big white day!! MY BOY IS BAPTIZING WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!! nothing makes me more happy not only that but one of my Recent Converts is going to baptize as well!! I love it!!! Just the most amazing thing serious!!!

Woo Hoooo!!!!

I passed!! Finally!! ah best day of my life haha! that good little cramming session i did the hour before my test really worked out haha!! Love it!!

So wow Exciting news back home! Love it!! Love that my Yankees are dominating while i'm gone haha thats how it should be! I love it!! man sounds like Mom your just gonnna become a master fisher! that'll be good so then when i come home you can teach me how to fish and be patient haha thats what its all about!! Its not how long you were out fishing its how long your line was in the water that matters most!!

Tyler?? Racquetball?? ah??? hahaha well i'll smoke him when i get home no doubt haha!! Tell him to hit me up so I can tell him about all the cute girls that he needs to go talk to at suu haha! I know a couple and they are good girls so thats what matters most!!!

Well down here it has been good! the sun is shining the birds are singing ha its beautiful I love it!! Transfers are next week so it'll be crazy to see what happens!! I'll probably stay with my boy hopefully still alot i need to teach him before i go so he can carry on that Davidson name haha!!

This week nothing crazy has happened its been pretty mellow, Except for the Vietnamese couple that i started to teach when i first was here remember them?? Tran and Thanh?? well they are getting baptized next saturday the 5th of September which should be amazing i'm stoked!!! and so are they!! They ended up being able to get married and were so excited to let us know it was amazing I love it!!

Now mom, that is the best thing you can do for your friend Jan!! I have seen the book of mormon change so many peoples lifes!! Just Put your Testimony in it, and let her know exactly whats in the Book of Mormon Introduction that she will come closer to God if she reads and applies the book!! The Restoration is one of my favorite DvD's to watch with my investigators it just lets them see it all!! Its so amazing I have had so many people just after we get done watching it change they just feel something! Its the best!! Finding Faith is also an amazing video I love it as well Good choices!! You can do it I know you can because you have a Testimony and the lord will take care of the rest!!

Well Fam I love ya! Thanks for all your support, You don't have any Idea how much it means to me!! I know sometimes it doesn't seem like that but i know that without you I couldn't make it!! I love you!!

Hey Madre / Familay :)

Mom Thanks so much for the beautiful package ah it was just gorgeous to open!! Especially the baseballs holy wow!! I sleep with 1 in my hand!! NO Lie!! I Love it thank you so much!!

Oh and about the next package just wrap the rice krispy treats up tight and ship them over they will be fine i'll eat them no matter what they look like haha!! Store bought?? come on mommy you know that homemade are just better!!! Especially your cookies there are nothing better just put them in a bag and ship them over no need to freeze them!! A week thats nothing haha!! Peanut butter cookies mom ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! I hope this month flies by hahaha!!

My driving test is next monday I had to reschedule it so next week you'll know if i passed or not ha i'm studying hard so we will see how it goes!!

Oh mom Tell Grandma Happy Birthday for me next week!! Tell her I love her and really miss her and Grandpa!!! Hope she has an amazing Birthday!! I will be thinking about her!!

Anyways So let me just tell me about my week!! Probably one of the hardest weeks on my mission, No lie!! I have never had so many things that were just perfect go so wrong so fast, Everything that possibly could have went wrong DID!!! Everything that i thought would go this way went the other way it was just quite the week!! I wanted to break down a couple times and there was alot of time spent on my knees!!
But I got through it I did and I won't break, I know all the little trials have been preparing me for the big trials that come right when everything is dandy!!

All the people that were supposed to get baptized this week, All 4 of them dropped last week, 2 of them got scheduled for work and 1 of them started drinking Alchohol again drastically and another just disappeared!! All in about 2 days!! I wanted to pull my hair out!! No one seemed to want to talk to me and Elder Smith and just kept walkin past or slamming the doors in our face, I felt weak!! I felt like a poor teacher I felt like a poor finder, I just felt like all the talent skills and ability that i had picked up so far were gone!! I couldn't find them and i forgot how to use them!! And Many other things went wrong! everything was just going in the opposite direction!!

It was hard for me it was but the hardest thing i saw this week was when my Greenie got discouraged!! there was nothing that broke my heart more then when he thought it was his fault!!

But Just as the lord always does he drops ya to your lowest low's and then he lifts you to your Highest High's he took care of us!!

Saturday evening we came home with only 1 person committed to church and I was Discouraged and Elder Smith was also, I was doing all I could to act happy so that Elder Smith would cheer up so i did all i could to make him feel better and got that smile back on his face and we went to bed but before I went down stairs and I hit my knees hard just pleading for a miracle!! And on sunday we got a miracle, 5 people endend up coming to church 1 with Anita and 1 with Endy and a couple that i had previously taught and alson the 1 we had committed!! It was beautiful so now we are currently teaching all 5 of them and 4 of which have a date to be baptized!!! I love it the lord took care of us!! I know that if i don't ever again throw in the towel he will carry me through everything I love it!! It was a miracle!!

The Lord will never ever abandon us, just when you think he is gone that is when you see the miracles he proves himself over and over again but it all depends on the faith of us his children!!!

I love it!! Nothing bettter!!!

ONE YEAR, Can you believe it!! Its insane i'll be honest, Time was just gone but it has been a great Year full of the biggest UPS and DOWNS of my life and a million memories that will last me a lifetime, or until i forget them when i'm old like Daddio haha!!

So wow sounds like everyone of my nephews and nieces are just growing up, and there are going to be at least 2 new ones running around when i get home, thats just beautiful i love it!! Give all of them a big hug and a kiss from me!! I sure do miss them!!

So let me just tell you about today, oh my it was the weirdest day of my life, so we decided last night that the 4 of us (Elder Newbury, Elder Bearnson, Elder Smith, and myself) were going to go to birmingham which has on of the biggest shopping centers anyone has ever seen, so we wake up this morning 6 o clock drive to birmingham study there and head off, we come to this huge building just the craziest shape i have ever seen can't even explain it haha, and right when we walk in the doors and go down the escalator there is a ginormous BULL made out of Jelly Belly's!!! Thats right i said JELLY BELLYS haha it was crazy, and then they just had a buffett with straight american candy, like the penny candy's and the suckers i used to buy at the B-Store I just couldn't believe it we all couldn't hold back we had to buy some haha it was beautiful though, and then to top it all off we walk like 200 feet further and there is a legit Krispy Kream Donut factory Krispy Kreams I couldn't believe it!! I had to dip into that oh man it was like being back in america, but after a while I'll be honest I felt just so uncomfortable and so wordly, I just didn't like it anymore I lost myself back in the world for about 2 hours and It just felt weird oh man I'll tell you what it will just be insane to go back to the world and i am glad that i do not have to experience it for another year!!!

I do truly love my mission had some hard times and I love my trials I do I do!!! I have grown up a little and hopefully when i get home our Heavanly Father will have molded me to who he wants me to be!!!

Hey Hey

Wo Wo Wo first of all Mother if you could see how much your boy can eat you wouldn't be saying that haha! constantly i am eating something haha but its those runs in the morning to wake me up that i think have been burning off all i eat haha!!

But wow look at T-money go, I love it just get him a job and he will be set!! Check Cal Ranch haha he can just walk in my footsteps haha!! I cant believe dad isn't going to buy his son some new golf clubs and just put them down in his room until he gets home come on now whats he thinking haha!! But sounds like he still has his game breathing or not its still there and so when i get home he can win me some tournys and then buy me some new clubs haha!!

What you let them take the big TV?? come on now?? he doesn't need that he needs the little tv like me thats how it should be he is just a little college boy he needs a little tv haha!!

About taryn wow i am so proud i just smile all the time, and i'm definately not bother cuz me and moss and all my boys aren't going to need girls haha it'll be 2 years without them, all we are going to need is our baseball gloves and our boots (cleats) and we will be set haha!!!

So about my week the baptism went great and right on Gracies Birthday, I brought a pic of Grace and Katie and Zach to the baptism and I showed it to Anita (the girl getting baptized) and I said look Anita the day my beautiful neice was born and the day you are born again, she just had the biggest grin ah it was wonderful, it helped me think of all my Nieces and Nephews back home, I cant wait to be there for there baptisms!!

But at her baptism Anita invited all of her family and friends and wow did we take advantage of it, Jeffrey R. Holland said 80 % of investigators that attend a baptismal service will go onto ther own baptism, and now i know that is true, while we were there after the baptism me and my comp Elder Smith were just inviting every single person there to be baptized, and about 6 people accepted and have a date to be baptized (that is about 75% Pretty Close) no doubt others will follow! But One is her dad Buddy, and her Aunty and her son Millicent and Rexford and one is a friend named Armand and then 2 other people that we invited to come named Paul and Rich, it was a great day and so the 22nd of August should be an amazing day and I cant wait!!

You should have seen my companion though when i told him we were going to ask all of these people to be baptized haha his face just lit up with fear and he said but Elder Davidson we haven't taught anything to them and I just said here is a calender you invite for the 22nd and I will tell you why afterwards, and sure enough without arguing we just went to it haha it was so funny I couldn't help but smile during!!! And then afterwards after everyone had left and we were cleaning up he said Elder Davidson now i know why we invited all those people to be baptized haha!! It was just the best, I tell you what this is the true and living church!!

This is the Lords work and I love being apart of it!

Mom and family!

You went fishing?? what the?? You Caught a Fish?? what is going on down there haha!! I love hearing it thats so good!! Where are the pics?? come on i need to see that good stuff!!

I cant tell you how much I love my mission!! I love every second of it!! Most importantly i love the trials!! I love the Stress!!! I love the Pressure!!! This week was hard it was but it was good!! My boy Elder Smith haha he is doing good he isn't a talker but i'm doing my best to get him to talk with people and it is getting really good!! I know I was probably the same when I first came out so i understand and I love him!! He took his first spill on his bike yesterday it was raining and it was muddy and we came around a turn pretty quick and there was a curb but i saw the curb and well he didn't so i look back and all i see was him flyin through the air ah it was bad but we couldn't help but smile haha!!

The district leader just got a little harder this week as well, the boundries got changed and so 2 Elders got moved into my Zone and the Zone Leaders had to choose which District Leader was going to take on the added pressure and sure enough i get the opportunity to look after 2 new missionaries!! I Love it as well!!!

Not only that but we are supposed to have 2 baptisms this week, one is Anita she is from Ghana and amazing she just loves the gospel and loves learning and it is amazing i love teaching her!! And the 2nd is a young fellow named Ji Gang he is from china but Ji Gang went to New Castle after church on sunday and got totally antied by his friends and texted me yesterday saying he cant join the faith, but no worries ill get him there, with the lord anything is possible so no doubt!! Just another Trial and i love it!!!

Just to prepare you, i have to sign up for another Theory Test so if money goes out of my account that is the reason haha!! I am sorry but I guess it just needs to be done haha!!

Hey Hey Madre and familay :)

Well this week was good but sad, the baptisms last saturday were just amazing, it went so amazing there was just some amazing pictures of that day it was wonderful, Don't worry mother next week i should be sending an sd card home! i have been taking ful advantage of having a camera!! Anyways on monday me and my companion were out working having so much fun and then all of a sudden the phone rang and it was President Ogden and he called and asked me if i would be a Trainer and train one of the new missionaries that are coming in, and well I was excited but sad at the same time because my Italion buddy who cooked the most amazing Pasta had to go, So on tuesday we went to see all the people we had been teaching and it was just sad they had just really got attached to us both and were sad to seem him leave, but to top it all off the sister missionaries that were in coventry got moved and the are got shut down, so me and elder piredda went with them to see all the people they were teaching to switch over and it was even worse one of the girls they were teaching just broke down bawling, ahhhh I felt so bad but its part of being a missionary i guess!!

Anyways back to it ahhhhhhhh I got called to train a new missionary and today i met him haha he is a stud, he is alot taller then me haha and he is from Wyoming!! It will be good to show him the ropes and to learn from him I am excited!! I am still in coventry which is crazy this is going to be seven and a half months but i love it here so its perfectly fine with me!

But anyways im sorry i have to head off i have to go get my greenie a bike and get him all set to work work work!!!!! I love you all have a great week and next week lots of pictures to come i promise :)

(Mom and Dad went to President and Sister Moffetts Homecoming, that is what he his talking about!)

What?????????????????????????????

YOU did what???????????????? Ha ha that is so cool, President Moffett and Sister Moffet are both so amazing!! I love them both!! They taught me so much and I tell you what without President Moffat I would be at home, not happy at all so i owe him so much!!

He did come to my first District meeting and it scared me to death but it was great i loved it! Ahhhhhhh that is so cool i can't even believe it!! Oh and about my shoes, Ha well i think they are fine haha but well they are a little beat up but hey i don't care its good for me haha they are finally broken in!! Haha I might be thinking about looking for a new pair soon but for now they are alright haha!!

Anyways, I met the new mission president on thursday and well lets just say he is 100 % different from President Moffat, but he is amazing, he has such a testimony and he knows his scriptures, They actually know a family from Beaver Utah, imagine that haha do you know a Susan Mouise or something, it used to be Susan Yardley, i think she moved away but her family still lives there i guess haha? who knows?? Anyways they are amazing I enjoy them they have great personalitys so its great! The Lord called him here for a reason so we will see how he works with us, it will be good to see! I am glad i get to experience it!!

Anyways guess what, this week we have a baptism, holy wow it seems like it has been forever but i am excited it is my best friend here in coventry I Just Love him to death!! His name is Endurance and he is a tall fellow who is the only person in coventry that is any good at basketball haha, He dominated me 1 on 1 but i threw out the I haven't played for a year excuse don't you worry haha, Next time i'll beat him though haha!! There are also 5 others who are getting baptized, it will be a big white saturday i am so excited!!

But anyways I love the gospel and i am greatful for Heavanly Father sending me to Coventry I love it here!! It is the promised land and he is just preparing his children and I Love It, I love seeing my brothers and sisters walk into the church for the first time and just can't help but smile because they already feel something different it is just the best thing in the world!!

The Church is True, No doubt No doubt!!

Well i did try to attach some pics from my new camera but i cant figure it out and i only have about 5 minutes left so i thought i best write you a an email this week haha! So how is everybody?? Sounds like the reunion was a success! that is good i'm glad, glad to hear mother that you have no more stress haha its all gone, Don't you wish that was true? Anyways my week was alright, My Birthday haha well it didn't feel like a birthday to be honest with you, Just felt like another day out in the mission field working hard, but i love my mission so it was a GREAT BIRTHDAY :) I did get the packages that day and that was just perfect haha and i want to thank you so much for that, you are so amazing and i love you for them, they are coming in handy already i am almost all out of the cereal and I am definately done with all teh candy that was sent haha The cake well haven't quite got around to making it yet but i will soon when i have a couple seconds to think haha, and well the nioxin you can't see any different yet but it will come haha i'm sure my hair will start to grow back right befor i come home haha but it will be worth it :) Anyways my week was good, One of our projections named Endurance haha (Endy) is just a stud holy wow he has a testimony of Joseph Smith and it is a good one!! On saturday we went to see him and we were getting ready to teach the word of wisdom and before i begin that lesson i always start by asking do you believe that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God? And so i started it and Endy looks down at the ground and looks away from us and says well Elders about that, I don't....... and just started going into this story about back home and Me I sit up all tall in my seat and get ready to resolve concerns and bear testimony and then all of a sudden Endy starts finishing his story and by the end he is just bearing the most amazing testimony about how he came to know that Joseph Smith was a prophet and it was so amazing the spirit was so strong! And it was so easy to teach him the Word of Wisdom because he said this came from God and walked straight into his kitchen got all his tea and coffee and just handed it to us and said you can have this haha it was so good, The gospel is so true, I love it!! My companion Elder Piredda is starting to learn all the slang he just started to say son with me so by the time we get moved he will be talking like a thug haha I love it, His italion accent with my hickish words haha you can't help but smile at him when he is talking! Anyways my time is almost up thank you for all you do!! I love you a Miss you! I get to meet the new president on thursday so ill let you know all the dodge about him next week haha!!

ok so wowa haha!!! What a picture gotta love that 3 haha!! thats going to be me in about 10 years haha! Love it!!! Thanks so much everybody for all the happy birthday wishes you are all amazing i love you!! So I just cant wait for all these birthday packages there is nothing Elder Davidson loves more then stuff from America, except for maybe stuff from Italy, My companion Elder Piredda's b-day was on last wednesday and I took him out for a good ol dinner and what not haha (by the way used your money sorry!) But he had some packages from his family and he was sharing with me some of his amazing italian cake, mmmmmmmmmm it was good haha, NOthing like Madre's home cooked cake but for a missionary it was pretty super good haha!!Anyways How is everybody?? sounds like everyone but hilda mae has had a vacation this summer? looks like she needs to go to Cali like everybody else haha!! Jaymerz got Utah which is good as well haha!Well my week oh buddy it was quite the week, Well we were meant to have some baptisms coming up for the 4th but um well Jeanett the mother of the family was doing so good and amazing and the family was all ready to get interviewed on the saturday and then we show up to the appointment and she just wasn't having it she didn't even want to speek with us, I finally got her to open up to me but it took for days and i had to pull her aside just me and her but wow apparently she just got totally antied by one of her friends and a family member that lives down in Jamaica and well i cleared up most of the damage but she still has alot of doubts so she told me that she will let me know when she is ready :( ahhhhhhhh i went home and just cried, I hate when satan catches a hold of the hearts of the fathers children it kills me!!! But we will get her and her beautiful family itll come i know it!! it might not be for a while but it will come!!We did though recieve alot of other blessings from our heavenly father man were we blessed this week, saturday night rolls around and we have noone that says they are coming to church and when a D.L. gets noone at church its not a good thing haha, so i'm just going crazy chasing after people stoppin everyone i see just trying to get something, but nothing then it is like 5 minutes to 9:00 and we just have to be heading home and i was going crazy thinking we had nobody, and so we start cycling home and I see one guy just chilling at the bus stop and i say Elder Piredda i have to talk to him, so i pull my bike over and go sit right next to him and just start chatting with him, He see's my badge and says are you a latter day saint and i say no sir i'm from the church of Jesus Christ, and he says i have some friends who are latter day saints in London and i have always wanted to come and see what the church is like, so i say well sir where do you live we will be picking you up tomorrow morning haha, and so we get his address and on sunday pick him up and then another lady that we invited showed up so it was way good we were blessed, His name is Endy and Endy loved church he called his friend right after church and told him he loved it, we invited him to be baptized right next to the beautiful font and as of now he is preparing himself to be baptized on the 18th of july, i love it!! I love the gospel it is so true nothing more amazing that this!!!I love my mission and i am so greatful i get to be here serving the Lord!!! I don't want to be anywhere else!! Even playing baseball haha, I love it!!Thank you for all your love and support, i miss you so much and cant wait to hear from you again!! The new Mission President comes in on wednesday and boy it'll be weird to have a new one, but he is called of God so he will do amazing i know it!!

Wow mom,

sounds like you have had quite a hectic week!! Well go lay down and put your feet up, you dont need to worry about getting me that stuff yet i have lots of time haha!!

I'm keeping Grandma and Grandpa in my prayers, sounds like they both have it ruff!! Lets just put our trust in God and everything will work out for the best no doubt!!

Well first of all ill just let you know its ok that you are making my hoop shorter because im gonna need more grass when i get home so i can play some good ol footie with all the boys, I love it haha this week we had mish football and right now ill be honest i feel like an old man i am so sore its insane i wanna cry everytime i pedal on my bike haha but it was way fun but we took 2nd :( lost by 1 in the championship but next time we got it easy no doubt haha!!!

But anyways how was everyones week?? mine was great especially seeing how i had a baptism on saturday, and it was WOW so good!!!! So saturday evening we show up to the church and start filling up the font then our member shows up with the investigator Wojtek, and he was all excited and so was i! so we get all dressed up in our white and take a couple pics then to my suprise President and Sister Moffett show up! So the program starts and it was just amazing the sister missionaries sang for us and all so it was great and then we went into the water, and it was beautiful and when we came out i follow Wojtek into the dressing room and i ask how do you feel Wojtek and all he says no lie was wow, and just hops in my arms and gives me a big hug oh my it was amazing, and to top it all off, we get dressed and walk into the chapel right as President Moffett was bearing his testimony and it just hit everyone right in the heart noone could deny the feeling that was there, it was just amazing i loved it!!

but anyways that was my week i love you all thanks so much for all your emails and your letters and your love!! Have an amazing week!!

Gee Willakers

I cant believe i just heard everyones voices 2 days ago thats insane haha!! It was so good no doubt i loved it you guys are so amazing!! It made my whole week even that much better!!

I just want you guys to know that you are my strength without my familie behind me i wouldn't be able to do it, i dont know how the missionaries that are converts out here that dont have a familie that is in the church how they cope, wow it would be so hard! but i am so greatful for are heavanly father for this amazing familie that we are all apart of!! Its the most amazing thing ever!!

By the way cant wait to get that nioxin haha i just cant wait to see this hair start to grow back haha!! And i forgot one last thing that i would love for my birthday is some new michael jordan shorts, doesn't matter what color, Large haha! I just need some new shorts 1 pair just isn't getting the job done haha!!

Anyways thats insane that dad got called ans the stake clerk oh boy look at the lord just putting are familie to work!! He knows that dad will get the job done and he knows with a great wife behind him it will all get done in order haha!! That is a good thing less time to think about golf so when i get home i can just dominate haha!

Not much has happened in the last couple of days besides me wrecking on my bike and scratching up my arm thats about it haha, gotta watch myself out here hahaha!!

Mothers Day Phone Call!!!

On Sunday we actually got to hear his voice!!!! It was so exciting!!! We were scheduled to call him at noon so of course mom hurried home from church early and began calling the phone card she had purchased to get everything set up. Then we spent way to much time trying to figure out how long we could talk with the phone card we had. (Let's just say the way Zach and Tyler were doing the math was way beyond what they needed to be doing!!! LOL it was quite entertaining to see there brains working though!) Anyways dad comes home and we figured out we had seven hours with that phone card!!!!! (Yes we knew he couldn't talk that long but we were prepared regardless!) So mom starts calling the number and all she gets is a busy signal over and over!!! It was pretty frustrating and she was getting impatient! We were blaming it on his companion thinking he was still on the phone with his fam but at 12:10 the phone rings and it is Alex calling Us!!!! He was wondering what the heck was going on and why we hadn't called him yet!!! Who knows what was going on with the connection! Anyways he says he can just talk to us and we don't need to call him back but then the bad news came, he only had an hour or so to talk to us. (And we were exciting thinking we had seven hours!) LOL

Of course mom goes first and it doesn't take her long to start crying which makes the rest of us cry, or maybe just me!!! Mom had a good conversation with him and he said that they had nine investigators in church with them that day!!! Pretty neat we thought!! I'm not sure what was all said because I only got mom's side of the conversation. Mom got a little confused when he asked for Nioxin!! She was thinking it was some kind of medicine!! LOL I exsplained it was for hair loss!!! I guess he thinks he is losing all his hair so that was his request for his birthday!!! Also he let mom know he had given away the baseball she had sent him so he needed some more!

Finally it was my turn!! And of course mom was crying as she got off the phone so I was crying also!! It was so neat to hear his voice and he sounds amazing!!! He has a bit of an accent and he talks so proper! I was way impressed! Anyone who marries him is going to be very lucky! He has a strong testimony and he made sure he let me know before we got off the phone that the church is true, and Heavenly Father is preparing a kingdom in Heaven for me and my family as long as I do what is right!! Wow it was powerful to hear!! He is an amazing person and we all love and miss him so much!

Everyone else did get their turn and even though it was not as long as we would have like we enjoyed every min. of it!!!

As he said goodbye he let mom know that he was going to cycle home as fast as he could and cry himself to sleep because he missed us all so much!! Now that broke all of our hearts!!! But he is strong and he will get through another day. Now we have to wait all the way till christmas to hear his voice again! :(

Thats spanish! its like i'm in mexico haha! So How is everybody?? So lets just say im stoked to hear all the families voices!! oh man its gonna be great! I hope you all of some good stories to tell!! And you best have every stat for every sport ready to shout out at me haha!! oh man do i love hearing about the good ol sports haha!!

Speaking of sports t-money that a baby way to tear it up with the football!! I cant wait to come home and show you my skills haha! We have been wakin up in the mornings and for excercise we have been playing footy and living with an english men has been good he has taught me how to really play haha love it!!

This week was pretty good Elder Newbury is a stud, he is intense i love the kid haha! He is getting me way excited and we stop and talk to everyone and just do the goofiest things to make them stop and chat with us i love it!

Bad news this week is my projection wojtek he smoked on sunday :( so we had to push his date tell next week but its okay it will still be way good, he is amazing and i love how the lord is blessing him he just glows now ah its wonderful!

OH and just for you Mom my Recent Converts are doing well! Dailis just is going to receive the aaronic priesthood this sunday, Iskram is going to be interviewed for the priesthood this sunday, Emma well emma has been crazy busy with finals but she is still doing good missed church the last couple of weeks but doing way good, Huy is doing amazing we taught him about the priesthood yesterday and he said i cant wait tell my baby 8 so i can baptize her haha i loved it!! Wiki is doing well she is still coming to church and the Byers a senior couple in coventry has taken over teaching her! The only one that is struggling is Matsiu he got caught back up with the wordly things and went back to his past he doesn't want to come to church anymore and he is going to spain next week, but i keep praying and hoping that i will be able to help we will just see!!

But ya cant wait to talk to you this week its going to be so amazing!! Happy Anniversery Mom and Dad!! Sorry im late i know im a waster what can i say, ill do better haha!! But Most importantly happy mothers day mom, i know its not for a week but ill let you know now just in case i forget haha jk i wont forget cuz ill be talking to ya :) the arrangements well ill probably just ring you from a phone card again and then maybe have you ring me back afterwards, just make sure everyone is there and ready to tell your boy a story haha!! invite everyone i wanna hear all there voices!!!!

So guess what? my comp is getting transferred!! Ahhhhhhh..... this transfer flew by!!! I'm so stoked im gettin my flippin hero as a companion Elder Newbury!!!!! Ah he is my hero and im stoked to serve with him!! It will be a great transfer i'm sure of it!!

But this week was great we had 9 people come to church and picked up 5 new people who wanna be baptized so hopefully it will go well!!

Im glad to hear everyone is doing good sorry this is so short i just got to go to transfers right now haha, I love you!!

Madre!!

I got your package!! Thank you so much, bad news is is its already all gone haha having 4 companions kinda sucks sometimes because the american sweets go fast haha!! but thank you is was amazing.

So sounds like a crazy week, Tell tyler good luck with his football (soccer) Tell him to hit them low haha! He best dominate last sport of his senior career he needs to go out with a bang diggity haha!

So wait? Andrea got married and Elder Davidson didn't get an invite what the?? I mean she is pretty much my sister now whats going on?? Tell her im gonna fight her!! But also tell her congrats im glad to know that she is happy that is what matters most!!

So this week was very good, we didn't have a baptism on saturday but in a couple weeks we will have a few so thatll be good, hopefully im still here transfers are next week its insane!!!!!! Way crazy but it should be good to hear what happens! Time is just flyin by i tell you what but its good its good!!

But today i just got to meet Elder Ballard and wow he is amazing he knows the gospel like anyone i know!! Ah man he just kept talking about becoming a master teacher and knowing the doctrine thats how you become a successful missionary and it is so true, so my goal is to become a master teacher haha!! And its only gonna come with some intense studies but itll be worth it!! I love intense studies haha!!

so Kory came home already? wow thats crazy tell him i love and miss him!! Ah man he was my boy!! I cant believe he is home already, Speaking of my Boys so get this right, My best friend out here like my hero is Elder Newbury like we are tight is boy from back home went to the Chile Concepion Mission and he was Elder Moss's comp in the MTC!!! Ah thats crazy stuff huh?? He goes home one before me and we are so going to be starting up a softball team and dominating haha!! But that was cool to know!!

Anyways everything is going good, except for.................. Elder Davidson decided he was going to try to cut his hair by himself haha, but instead of doing it all one size like i usually do i decided i wanted to try and make it look cool and do the sides shorter like back home and well lets just say i'm not pro and cutting my hair haha!! So some of my pics that come in the future my look a little funny but hey its memorys haha memorys!!

Wo Wo Wo

7 fruit trees?? i hope its not going to interfere with my baseball field in the back yard?? From what i hear it just might be haha?? I hope you know that the first thing im doing when i get home is dominating everyone of my familie members at a homerun derby in the back yard haha so those trees best not be in my way haha!!

Well anyways sounds like everything is going good! Had a good easter so thats good :) thats great everything down here is great as well Easter was good, it will be better when i get my package this week so no mom hasn't come yet but i know itll get her soon no worries! Anyways we had another baptism this weekend, his name is Huy Tran we have been working with him since i first came to coventry but we finally got him to get baptized and it went great he loved it and now wishes he would have done it earlier and so do i haha but it was great! And um still looking for a camera but ill get one soon haha, Ill print off the pictures from Elder Nimers camera and try and send them to ya!

Anyways The vietnamese family is doing a little better we had to tell Thanh that he needed to move out in order to get baptized and the only problem is is we need to find him a place to stay and he is willing to do that, They really want to be baptized and are willing to do whatever it takes so thats so good to hear!!

Thats about it for the week, except for the fact that me and Elder Nimer almost got in a fight haha, We were cycling home and i look over and just see like these three kids just on top of this kid and he is just screaming for help so me being me i hop of my bike run over and I push one of then Elder Nimer pushes one off and then i go to push the 3rd kid off and he swings and luckily i saw it comin and was able to dodge it so i just push the kid on the ground and am sitting on top of him holding him down and the other kids all run off and this kid is just cussing up a storm and im like chill bud just chill out and ill let you go, im not going to let you go tell you chill out and so he finally calms down and i let him up and he starts walking away so we go and hop on our bikes and i look around and that kid and like 6 of his buddies are just sprinting at us so we hop on our bikes and just out run them but wow it was a closey haha but the lord is on our side so im not to worried haha!!

Anyways thanks for all the info on the buddies there all studs and they all deserve success and im sure that is all they are seeing!

Tell D-money that its always hard but once we get through that 1st trial that first hard time it all gets better I know because i have been there!! There are hard times to come but you get past the first time with the help of your familie and friends and you can get past them all!!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Booooooooooouyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

So conference was amazing i absolutely loved it!! Wow, So many questions answered, so many problems fixed ahhhhh it was so good!! So I would have to say my favorite was also Elder Hollands wow he is just so powerful you just cant beat what he said, I loved it even more though because many of the things he taught helped me realize how much he really went through and that it isn't to be taken lightly and that has helped me as i have been teaching people about it, it has a special spirit that no one can deny and it has helped my teaching improve and i am greatful for that!! Those men are all inspired its amazing! I watched it in the stake centre by the way just in case you were wondering on the satelite broadcast and mother we do get the ensigns at zone conference and im stoked to read over them all again and recieve more insight!!

So this past week well its one of those weeks that was good but also not good, We have 2 people from Vietnam that are supposed to get baptized real soon and me and Elder Nimer this whole time thought they were married so when we taught the law of chastity we thought it was going to be no big deal and then turns out they aren't married and they have tried to get married but can because they don't have permanent residency so it has just been a big mess running around trying to figure out how and if they can get married so pretty hectic and we are still working on it so hopefully this week we can get it rolling! but thats about all that was happening this week!

Anyways, How is everybody?? sounds like all is well, What color did you paint your room?? i tell you what you are never satisfied are you haha, that wall probably has about 50 different colors of paint haha!! Im excited for the package nothing better then the american stuff!!

Mission life is great, stressful at times but amazing most the time!! And stoked to know that tyler is planning on a mission, Best decision of my life, i know that me just giving up 2 years the lord will provide the rest so my life is all set!

So how are my beaver Brothers? i'm hearing from my boy Chili but where is the rest at?? How they doing how is Big Dizzle? How Is Oldroyd?? How is Noel?? How is Eyre?? How is Beaumont?? How is Foster?? How is EVERYBODY??? Hopt to hear from you all soon!!

Hey Hey

So wow what a week! lets just begin haha, So right after i get done emailing last week me and my comp go to walk out of the library and i see Emma the lady that was supposed to get baptized this weekend so i go over talk to her and she kept saying Elder Davidson its not to late to change my mind is it, and I just was like Emma there is no changing your mind you want this and i know you wont regret it and well it all seemed good and so i said ill see you later tonight ok, so then me and Elder Nimer leave the library and go clean the flat and what not but then we go out to our appointment with her and she wasn't home, so i was getting a little nervous but i was like no problem something just came up, so i ring her phone and she is like Elder Davidson I cant do it i need more time, I cant be baptized so i spend an hour on the phone reading scriptures to her and promising her blessings and telling her experiences and all this good stuff and she finally says ok i will do it. So i set up an appointment for the next day and all is fine so i go to sleep that night and sure enough at 1 in the morning i get this text saying Elder Davidson I cant do it i dont wanna be baptized, so i lose a whole night of sleep because im just praying and searching for scriptures to read to her and my companion is just sleeping like a baby how he managed to sleep through the ringing of the text i dont know, so the alarm goes off and im just sitting at my desk and my companion was like what are you doing and I just throw the phone on the bed and have him read the text message and then i show him the 2 pages of notes that i came up with during the night on how we are going to resolve her concern, so i call her that morning and just said Emma we are going to be around your area can we come talk to you and so she comes outside and Me and my companion spend another 2 hours resolving her concern and she finally says she will go through with it AGAIN!!! So Then saturday comes and i have to call her every hour to reassure her that everything will be alright and then she wont regret it and man was it alot of work so 5:00 p.m. rolls around and she shows up to the baptism and says Elder Davidson I CANT DO IT!!!! So me and her and my companion go for a walk and while everyone is waiting in the chapel for us we are resolving her concern once again and finally I read her Alma 7 and she says ok thats it ill do it lets go, and finally after all the heck of the week we finally got her in the water, oh man was it a good experience as well and on sunday when she recieved the holy ghost it was just as good!!! She loved it, She has been calling me and calling me and just keeps saying thank you so much elder davidson for not giving up on me i dont know what i would have done with out this and all this good stuff and so through all the heart ache and lack of sleep it was all worth it in the end!!!

So ya that was my crazy crazy week, but it flew by thats for sure!! It sounds like everyone is doing good, Zach got a new Boat? (spoiled) Cant wait to take some girls out on that when i get home :) Anyways is everyone excited for Conference because i know i am!! I don't understand why i didn't like conference back home, I mean a real life prophet is speaking to the world, and is saying what God told him to say, There is nothing more exciting then that!!!

I haven't got a camera yet but im getting one today, i got a bike though and wow is it good to have a bike that isn't a junker!!!! The Flat mates and getting loads better im getting used to living with the english guys so its good we are becoming buddies so its all good all good!!

Hey,

so crazy week this week thats for sure! so first of all the baptism went great, Dailis loved it! and so did i! it was so fun he doesn't have much money so me and elder rawlings sewed up this suit for him and got him looking sharp for his baptism and for his confirmation!! i have some good pictures i will have to send home!!

But about my companion, we were getting on so great i was absolutely loving working with him and we were dominating the field out here in coventry and then on monday i found out he was getting transferred, so i got a new companion today!!!!

His name is Elder Nimer he is from st geezy crazy but i actually new his girlfriend from st george haha hung out with her a couple of times but wont be telling him that anytime soon haha, but he is good I like him already!! He played golf for Pine View so im sure my little bro dominated him on the course but we wont remind him of that yet to early haha!! So ya that should be good im sure we will get along great!!

But to top it all of i got another English person in the flat and man i don't know if ill be able to take it! 1 was ruff enough i just wanna hit him sometimes but now that we got 2 well its gonna be ruff but ill survive!! Gotta love the people especially my flat mates :)

Anyways we have another baptism this week! Her name is Emma she is from gonna!! She is way excited for her baptism and it should be a good one!! Gotta love when the lord is blessing you! Nothing Better then helping people recieve this happiness thats for sure!!!!!!!>

So i made the last batch of peanut butter cookies last night and wow im getting better and better! but they just go to fast! all the people in the flat just chow down on them and they are gone within an hour its crazy but there just amazing!!

But whats going on in the sports world? How are my Yanks doing?? how about the pistons ya know my boy A.I.?? How bout the jazz?? I mean you know i need to be hearing about this stuff i miss it haha!!

But ya thats pretty much my week!

im excited for this package though, man do i miss american things haha!! Pretty much everything! if you could send me a steak mom that would be great could use one of those haha there always amazing and i haven't had on for about 7 months!! Crazy!!!!!!

Hey Hey

so this week went well, dialis is doing great he passed his interview and he is all ready for his baptism on saturday oh man itll be great im stoked for that one! we also have a lady named emma who is getting baptised on the following saturday! oh man i tell you what the lord is sure blessing us! even though none of these people are english hey ill take it haha, im sure one day ill get one of them there stubborn english people to get wet haha!

So i made some no bake peanut butter cookies and i tell you what i am pro! they were so good, they only lasted about 10 minutes but they were good while they lasted haha, but i have to say they weren't as good as yours mother but i tell you noone can ever out do you in cooking noone!!!

thats crazy to hear about the new mission president im sure he will do great i mean he is coming into the worlds best mission who can go wrong there! Im gonna miss president moffett he is a good guy and a hardworker but it will be fun to have that new experience!!

Anyways ill look for a camera that will last haha no worries i wont make the mistake twice of buying something that is cheep!! the memory card thank goodness is still working for now anyways but im sure it will be fine!

Tell tyler he needs to step up his game if i have learned anything about soccer since i have been out its that defense is everything! if you have a good back line you can dominate anyone haha!!> > anyways mom can you send me my old retainer if you can find it and my whitening treys with some whitener stuff that would be amazing if you cant don't worry about it! i just wanna try to fix my teeth ya know what im saying?

So madre have you heard anything about d money? i haven't heard anything from him or from his fam in along time! how is he doing??

Hey errrrrrrbody!

so this week is gonna be a little shorty because i gots some things i gots to do!! But ill try to answer all the questions ok!

1) Last week was really good!
2) Iskrams Baptism went great wow i just wish you all could have seen his smiling face after he came out of the water i have never in my life seen something that amazing and the feeling was incredible! Its just one of those things you cant describe! but it was great haha!
3) Elder Rawlings is from bountiful utar!! (he is my comp) Elder Wells is from Arizona, and Elder Walker is from leeds which is here in england!! We get along great i love just goofing off with them its so fun! but you don't get as much sleep in a 4 man as you do in a 2 man cuz there is always something and someone to talk to or about its crazy!!
4) lunch with president was pretty good! it was good to have a chat with him and the AP's! He is a really funny guy once you get past the hardcoreness haha!!
5) I did get your package!! thank you so much! i haven't made the cookies yet but i i will sometime this week no doubt!

Tell dad ill just get the shirts out here! there is this store called pri mark where we can get way nice shirts for cheep and they are just my size!! Thank you for going and getting them you can send them if you want im sure i wil find use for them!!

Anyways the rest of the week was crazy we are teaching this guy named Dialis, he is homeless but is so good!! He is struggling though with the smoking but we found a solution and he just comes and works with us most the day its really funny cuz he is from latvia and doesn't speak very good english but tries his best to stop people and give them a book of mormon its way good!! He is gonna be a sweet convert cuz we will always have a member with us so we can rack up those member lessons haha!!

So..... I have been waiting for this package all week and nothing and now i know why!! dont worry about it mother its all good!! NO worries ok! im sure that all will work out for the best and so i have no worries! I have bigger things to worry about haha!

Hopefully the shirts dad picked up are slim fit because the ones out here that i have for home are huge!!!!! But if he didn't no worries ill be alright!! by the way the weather is getting warmer! i only have to wear 1 coat instead of 2 so its great haha!!

so how is everybody?? how is t money? how is carlie? how is everybody!! I swear its been fer days since i have heard from either of those two! hopefully they are doing good!

But out here things are going great! the animal house is spotless haha! today instead of working out we thought we better clean seeing how president is coming to take me and elder rawlings out to lunch and we better make the house look good so we dont get in trouble! Terrible reason but hey it got the house clean haha!! Anyways we have a baptism this week so im excited for that it will be way good! His name is Iskram and he is from bulgaria, and im glad that i am baptizing him because in about 10 years he will be filthy rich and he will be able to hook a brother up haha jk!! He is awesome and is already sharing the gospel with his family back in bulgaria! he phoned them up and told them to go to the church over there, gave them the address and all oh man he is a stud and his baptism will be great!

We have some cool new people with baptismal dates but satan works so well that people just come and go so quickly, so we wont count the eggs yet! Me and my comp are getting along pretty good, we have had a couple throw downs but hey we are both hard headed and stubborn and want it the way we want it haha but its all good we always end up going back and makin a joke out of it! He is a stud though love the kid to death!

But ya not much this week but next week im sure there will be lots more to tell about how the baptism went!! All i can say is that the lord always provides no matter what it is he will provide!!

Hey Hey!

So first of all, did you get my sd card from my camera?? Second of all I love coventry! third of all i hope that package you sent has sunflower seeds and some mountain dew because i tell you what you boy out here is craving it!!!!

Mum um with my investigators in the forest i heard that mary got baptized but i didn't hear about Julia and the family but soon i will know hopefully haha!! With my pics on the camera feel free to send some to everyone i mean they gotta remember how good looking elder davidson really is haha!!

My shoe size?? well it is a 10! is dad planning on sending shoes?? if he wants to send me anything he should send me some shirts!! Short sleeve! 15 and 1/2 slim fit haha!! all my are getting kinda wore but they will last for a while! if he wants he can just put a little extra in the bank and ill buy myself but whatever its up to him im not that needy haha!!!

And well the bathroom well we had the senior couple come and inspect our flat and well lets just say the results weren't great so we spent pretty much all p-day cleaning up the flat and well it looks spic and span now!!

By the way Hydis lets just say that baby is good looking haha, it must take after elder davidson thats all i can say haha!! we know he didn't get those good looks from his father mathew haha jk, speaking of mathew fool dont you be complaining about my madres homemade cookies i would kill for some of those right now oh man oh man!!

Speaking of food i ate the worst meal of my life the other night seriously the guy put cat food on some rotton mashed potatoes holy cow i was gagging while i was eating it but seein how i am a missionary i had to compliment him and tell him it was good and that i enjoyed it but wow that night i spent the whole night next to the toilet oh boy it was nasty thats for sure!!

but enough complaining now to the good stuff, we picked up 2 more projections on sunday so we have 4 scheduled to be baptize 1 on the 6th of march and 3 on the 14th of march!! oh man i am stoked! I love it we just teach teach teach and a little tracting.... most of the finding we do is on our way to appointments and we stop people while we are on bikes its hard but its fun at the same time me and my companion just box people in so they cant go anywhere its great haha!! but coventry is the blessed land! the lord is blessing this place like crazy! he is just putting those people who are going to be receptive in our paths! like one of our projections name harold, we were getting home at night it was 9 o clock and we see this guy and i was like hey mate you wanna come to church on sunday and he was like yes so we taught him he came to church and now he has a baptismal date oh man i just love it!!

Oh and the bike i bought well lets just say it was great for about 2 days and then we went on exchange and i chained it up to a post and we went into our appointment came out i got on my bike the pedal fell off and then my chain broke and a bunch of stuff all went wrong and i went to take it back and they wouldn't let me, but i guess thats what i get for buying a cheap bike!! but i am making it work so no worries its all good!!

Anyways i love the gospel, it is so true!! I am so happy to be out here serving the lord! It does get hard sometimes but with the lord anything is possible so all is well!!!

Hey Hey!

So how is everybody? has the baby come yet?? Well this week was great i got here and then on saturday we had two baptisms and i got to baptize a lady named xia chen (wiki) she is from china and she is amazing! and my companion baptize a guy name matsui something haha he is from france and i got to confirm him on sunday oh man that was crazy i was so nervous but it went well went well haha!! but ya i tell you what i am in the promised land now, cuz on saturday we baptized two and on sunday we had three other people come to church who we asked to get baptized and are planning on getting baptized on march 6th so that will be way good im excited for that one!!

We are in a 4 man flat and i tell you what it is so hard to keep our flat clean but we try!! Its really fun its like having 4 brothers all in one house so its sweet i enjoy it! My comp is a stud though he is quite the funny kid so its good to mess aboot with him everyonce in a while!!>

Anyways how is everybody?? I hope i get that package soon cuz you know me i love packages :) but mother and father i had to purchase a bike because elder creamer gave me his but the brakes dont work first of all and there is only one pedal because he broke it off on the coach so i tried to live with it but after almost dying a couple times i figured i better buy me one that will keep me safe haha!! But Im actuallly loving being on a bike it gets me some excercise that is well needed so its good!

But i am sending the memory card today so it should get there by next week ok mother!!

Hey Hey!!

So guess what?? i finally got transferred ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! So im in coventry as we speak haha! it is a sweet place i love it already! my new companion is Elder Rawlings he is a stud and a way good missionary i cant wait to learn from him im stoked!! but I'm in a 4 man flat so its nasty messy but itll be fun better then just living with one of my brothers im living with 4 so it should be good im stoked!! We live with the zone leaders so no slacking off its gonna be straight work work work and itll be good i need that little extra help!!

Anyways my last week in the forest was crazy, we almost lost mary because my comp offended her a little but we got her back finally so it was good! all i can say the lord answers prayers!! Without him this work could not press forward thats for sure!! Its along story and its going to wait tell i get home but all i can say is the lords servents aren't perfect but the message we share is perfect!!! But ya we had a good foot it felt like of snow last week and me and my comp had to unbury are cars out every day just to go anywhere it was terrible but it was fun to do some different work! it reminded me of when i used to shovel the older peoples walks good times good times!! Wish i wouldn't have complained about it though my bad haha!!

But get this so mary had her baptismal interview on saturday and then the zone leaders said ok now all you have to do is get her to church tomorrow and she will be ready. so we thought alright easy easy so then we went out and we taught a fellow named gary and as we were in the appointment we got a call from the branch president and he says elders church is cancelled because the parking lot is buried in snow sorry, so me and elder creamer start tripping out and then we call him back and tell him we will shovel the snow and he says i called everybody and noone will wanna come to church now and so we were tripping because we weren't going to get mary to church and she wasn't going to get baptized this week and oh man it was bad! but anyways luckily we have some amazing members who allowed us to have the sacrament in there home so that was good crazy week crazy crazy!!

But i said all my goodbyes yesterday and it was sad but goodnews is is i have baptisms in coventry this week so itll be great im excited to go to those thats for sure!!

But I best be getting some packages soon haha jk! i love you all family you are so amazing im so glad i have you support or i wouldn't be able to make it through!! thanks so much!! I love you!! Have an amazing week!!

Hey Hey Hey

So this week will probably be my last week in the forest!! ah are you all just stoked?? i am so excited!! just kiddin i love the forest and am going to miss it but the lord is calling me to another place so i must go haha!!
Well update on the investigators well Mary is doing great! wow she is golden! we went over and taught her this morning and she had a big concern about her family and she told us she didn't think she could be baptized but luckily my comp is a genius and told her about how jesus christ and his brothers and sisters persecuted and didn't support him i was proper amazed while we were in the lesson but she still didn't know but me and my comp just bore testimony like crazy and were using the scriptures that finally at the end she said ok ill still be baptized on the 14th oh man i am physically and spiritually drained its crazy crazy but i love it haha!!! But ya she is amazing and im sad that i will miss her baptism :( and the sad part is is she even asked me to baptize her :( but who knows maybe i will end up staying another 6 weeks we will see we will see!!! Transfers are next we momma so on monday ill find out where and if im going and then on wednesday i will give you my new address and you will be able to hit me up with mad post there ya?? > anyways julia and ian are doing great still planning on being baptized on the 14th as well so itll be good! And guess what?? they want me to baptize them as well ahhhhh hahaha but its ok i prepared them and im counting it under my belt haha!!
Anyways sounds like everyones week were great! The stake presidency will be great!! We are all going to miss president thomas's amazing talks but Scott will be good he is an amazing guy!!
So craziest thing i thought no worries about the super bowl i wont hear anything about it nobody in england watches the super bowl and sure enough we start knocking doors and 3 houses in a row i cant talk im watching the super bowl and on the 3rd house i asked if we could come in and watch it with them and the guy said yes but i started walking in and my comp grabbed me and said we cant thats apostate elder!! it was pretty funny but glad we didn't go in because i would be quite trunky cuz it sounds like it was a good game!! but he life goes on only one more to go right?? haha!!

Fam Fam!!

So it was a good week this week! Well im just gonna come out and tell you about it, so me and my comp were not having very good luck with finding solid investigators we were finding people who would talk with us but everytime we would go back nothing they would just flog. so we decided it might be a good idea if we inquired of the lord on what we shall do and where we shall go, so during our weekly planning session we got down on our knees in front of our area map and the lord lets us know that we should go to ruspige so we do and well all last week nothing nothing just a bunch of doors slammed in our face but then finally we tlak to this lady named mary and she was excited to hear about the prophet so we came back and taught her the restoration and wow the spirit was there it was so amazing and she even started to cry as i stated the joseph smith story ah it was so amazing!!! So then we get a return appointment for yesterday and so we go into her house and watch the restoration dvd with her and once again the spirit was there and we knew and she knew it so after the dvd we ask her if she had read alma 32 like we had asked and she said she did and she said she felt like it was true and that she had had a seed planted so i got all excited and the spirit told me that i needed to invite this lady to be baptized, so i turn to acts 2:37-38 (i think somewhere around there) and i said mary just like you these people were pricked in there hearts but they wanted to know what to do and the prophet told them they needed to repent and be baptized, would you mary like to be baptized on febuary 14th and to my suprise she said i would love to!! She was so excited ah man it was great. you should of seen my comps face when i did it he went white like a ghost but he was so excited after we left her house it was so good!! Anyways right before we were leaving Mary tells us that she had an accident a couple of years ago and she had lost most of her memory of her past and she said if that wouldn't of happened i would have never of let you two in because i would have been to stubborn and think that my church is good enough then she said the most amazing thing, i am so glad that i let you two in!!!! Ah man it made my mission, i think im ready to come home a fulfilled all i wanted to do hahaha jk i absolutely loved it wow it was great!!! So ya she is due to get baptized in two weeks and sure enough ill have to miss that one as well but know worries its going under my belt as a baptism haha!!

Ok that was my week haha!

Hey Hey Hey!!

Well mother of mine thats enough out of you! i would never make up an excuse to make my emails shorter!! Never Never Never haha!!

Anyways I dont know what details you are talking about but Julia and Ian and the Family are doing good they are still coming out to church and to all the activities so its way good! They are set to get baptized at the first of next month because of the wedding stuff they have to get done first so i will probably end up missing it unless i stay another transfer which i really dont want to!! I mean the forest is nice and beautiful but im ready to leave my first area and take off flying in my next area!! Im ready to see what the lord has instore for me outside the forest of dean!!

To answer your other question..... We had weekly callins and our numbers were quite low to say the least.... the lowest they have been since i have been out and are zone leaders weren't happy and they let me know but it was good i learned from it and moved on haha! And this week was tons better we had new people come to church and they loved it so we have some knew potential in the teaching pool which is amazing!! We have been teaching tons more and seein how i love to teach it has been great the lord has really blessed us!!

We told the President Moffett that we were going to light the forest on fire and man this week we started the fire!! And we are going to keep that fire tell we burn the forest down haha!!> Anyways sounds like grandpa didn't like you guys takin and rearranging his house i wouldn't either so i don't blame him for yellin a little haha! gotta love grandpa thats for sure!!> so i retired my first pair of mission shoes! and they are toar up there is a hole in the bottom of them so everytime it rained it felt like i was walking bare foot ha! but the second pair from home is doing pretty good my feet are just getting used to them and we have a a blister here and there but we will make them last haha!!

Mother I thought you were going to send me the no bake cookie recipe?? I keep wanting to make them and have been craving them but shoot i dont know how :( but i know i know i need to be patient haha!!

Anyways not much else happened this week.... my comp has been getting the feel of things again and is starting to be better so its good he still does talk about his girlfriend alot and it kinda makes me trunky but im tough and just shrug it off haha!!

Hey Hey!!

So mother i wrote you this huge ginormous email and the computer shut off!! and i about grabbed it and chucked it through the window, but i have been working on patience in christ like attributes so i didn't haha!!

Anyways the just of my email was my companion got dear johned last week! it hinderd the work and we didn't have a very successfull week to say the least!! I spent lots of time trying to cheer him up telling him there are other fish in the sea and giving him addresses to some of the girls that have wrote me from back home and from st george so that cheered him up a little but not as much as i would have liked!! He wasn't the same exciting person! and you could tell he was only going through the motions!! and now i know how my trainer felt when i wanted to go home! but he has cheered up alot and is starting to get that fire back in his eyes so things are starting to go better!!

I got so rebuked from our zone leaders on sunday when i called in our numbers and wow it was quite the conversation and i learned from it thats for sure!! and the good news is is i didn't even back talk like back at home i just took the criticism and im going to learn from it!! look im growing up already haha!!

Anyways this week is looking up! we already have almost hit our numbers from last week and my comp is cheering up so its good! Im sure he will be even better when a new girl writes him a letter so if anybody has any ideas let me know haha!!

Well sorry its kinda short again I love you and miss you!!

One more thing Mom the joseph smith story is the most powerful thing i have ever said, read, pondered, and prayed about!! I absolutely love it before i leave the flat each morning i either read it out of preach my gospel or i just state it in my head and it just fires me up and makes me want to tell everybody the amazing story!

I love it!! Joseph Smith did see god the father and the son jesus christ!! And he is a prophet of god!!!

Hey everybody!

Well this week was quite a stressful one holy wow!!! it was crazy stressfull i wanted to shoot myself in the foot! anyways president moffett me and my companion had a good ol talk about the branch and to say the least president moffet wasn't a happy camper!! so this sunday me and elder creamer had a meeting with president lawson (branch president) and a branch mission leader telling them the reasoning for why we need to get jullia and there family married a baptized and why we couldn't wait 3 months for that to happen because satan will be workin on them!! but anyways we finally got them behind us and on our side and guess what i only yelled like 4 times while we were in the meeting haha!! but it was a good thing i have been studyin preach my gospel so thouroughly because i had it to back me up haha me and my comp got it all straightened out and so we are hoping this week will be better with more support on our side with julia and ian!! But it should cuz president moffett also had a good conversation with the branch president and now president lawson is right behind us haha!!

Anyways so ya my week was crazy! how was yours?? sounds like it was ok sounds busy!! What are you guys up to this week?? I'm excited to get my christmas present! especially since its like 4 weeks late! Geeze jamers your a waster haha!!

Christmas Eve Pics

Alex and his companion recieved the christmas ties as a Christmas present from Julia and her family. He was able to call on christmas and talk to everyone that was home, he sounds really well and you can tell even in just a few months he has grown up. He told a story about his tie that he didn't share in his letter so I thought I would share it with you.

The Lovely Christmas tie is also a musical tie!!! So while sitting at a christmas devotional on Christmas there was a girl singing a solo when one of Juilas little boys came over and quickly pushed the button on Alex's tie that made it begin to sing!!! He said that the girl's mom was sitting in front of him and turned around to give him some looks letting him know she was not happy!!! So he quickly threw his tie over his shoulder and spent the rest of the time trying to keep it out of reach from the little boy!!

Hey Hey!!

So Man it was so great to talk to most everybody on christmas!! It was great to hear from my boy logan as well! but it was more great to hear from the family!! Thanks everybody for all the christmas presents they were so amazing! I can really tell which of the family loves elder davidson by the presents they sent haha jk jk!! I know everyone loves me! (who doesn't love me haha) well ill be honest after talking to you guys it was so hard to say goodbye and it made me quite trunky for the next day! good thing it was a holiday over here because i dont know if i would have been able to work with all my heart might mind and strength!! but im good now no worries!! but anyways with julia and there family well..... We went over on saturday and Ian told us all about is little christmas suprise and how excited he was and we heard all about there christmas but then we were teaching them and we invited them to be baptized and they said yes! and we were so excited and we set a time where they could go to the registrar and go and get all the paper work done and we could have the marriage and baptism on the 24th of baptism and they were so excited!! you could just tell they had smiles on there faces the whole time so we went home all excited i called the zone leaders and told them and they were excited it was just a full day of excitement but anyways sunday rolls around and we go to church and julia and there whole family are there and all is going well. We tell the Branch President that they are projected and that we are planning on doing it the 24th and he is like thats a little soon isn't it and we were like no its not and he just walked away so we were like ok so after sacrament we see julia and ian talking to president lawson and then they walk out and go to his office so we dont think anything of it, but anyways we wait tell for a while and they finally come out of his office so i pull julia aside and i said so you find out any good news and she says well president thinks we should wait so we decided we were going to get married and baptized in march oh i was so mad and we tried a tried to get her to change it back but she wouldn't oh man was i upset!!

But today we are sacraficing our day off to go and talk with them to resolve there concerns and hopefully we will be able to help them but we will see!! So ya this week could end great or it could end miserably we will just have to wait and see!!

but anyways how is everybody? sounds llike everyone had a good christmas and got spoiled as usual haha!! but have a happy new year and ill hear from you soon :)

Hey Hey!!

Another Week Another Week!! well sounds like everything down in b town is going good! Sounds like its getting colder and colder down there! Man i wish we had snow out here! we get nothing but the good ol rain and lots of fog ha!! but hey i got a nice warm coat so im good ha!

But anyways this week was ok. Our investigator julia still is planning on proposing on christmas so its getting closer and closer and soon enough we are going to have a quick 6 baptisms i can smell it haha! but we taught them the Word of Wisdom last week and guess what?? they handed me there smokes and there Tea and coffee and said here ya go we dont need them!! ah it felt so amazing so now we got a pack of smokes and tea and coffee all over the flat haha! The zone leaders came over the other night and started teaching us about the word of wisdom it was pretty funny! but we promised them we would hold on to them for a week just in case they change there mind! But guess what?? I told them that if they give up Smoking and Drinking I would give up drinking caffiene!!!! ah it has been so hard i tell you what i have been going crazy!!! its been a week and i have had some wicked Headaches but im sure its nothing like the smoking cravings so i can deal!!! but man i never thought i would give it up but we will see if i can stay off it forevers!!

but mom i absolutely love the book of mormon also!! wow i am almost done with it for my second time and i would have to say my favorite story is goood ol ammon as well! he is just a stud! i would start talking about him but i would probably go on for days haha!

Anyways we have a christmas party tomorrow so we only get half a p day so im going to have to cut it short today sorry :(!!

Hey Mother!
So how ya doing? sounds like you had a pretty eventful week with the whole festival of trees! i kinda miss it even though i only went once! but man i love seein all those christmas decorations i tell you what nothing in england even compares to the christmas lights in the states! And oh mum, w e can talk for hours haha no i think the time limit is like 1 hr to an ho ur and a half! :) And dont you worry i have been tryin to write down all the questions that pop in my head to ask so hopefully we will have lots to talk about! im sure we will!!

Why wont Katie and Sned be there? they live like an hour away? Jamie and Rob now they have an excuse but zach and katie have none!!

Oh mom thank you so much for all the packages and presents! i tell you what you would think me being a good 19 years old would be able to resist opening christmas presents but i tell you what it is one huge temptation haha! my companion says thanks he was quite excited for his stocking and other presents!! I am sending off my christmas stuff today so it should be here for christmas hopefully but we will see if not well then looks like you guys are going to get after christmas presents ha!!>

Thanks for all the addresses im stoked to send my buddies a good ol christmas card! mine in made my whole day to read all those i have been tryin to get people that have been writing me to send me addresses but Elder Noel didnt know anybodys but beaumonts but im excited for all of them! That is so sad to hear about those people that died! I feel so bad for there loved ones! that can be so hard! Send them my love please!!

Crazy that president thomas might get released! he has been serving forever it seems like! looks like dad is going to be the new stake president haha jk! Dont you have to be in the high council to recieve that job??

Well anyways little on my week! um we had zone conference on wednesday and wow! He talked a little bit about desire. and the desire to serve, and how some missionaries say the dont have that desire! he went on to say that if you dont have that desire to serve you dont understand the gospel! and its so true ah i could go on for hours about it but ill stop and just say it was amazing! and it has helped me be more bold at the door with people and just sit there and bear testimony! It has also helped me and my companion give out 4 book of mormons a day each!! That is pretty amazing for the good ol forest and we are working hard and its making me love my mission even more!!

The scriptures are amazing mom! That crying to the lord has been one of the things i have been trying to work on and it has brought me closer to the lord!! thanks for the reminder i was starting to slack a little but the lord is giving me guidance through you! looks like your still looking out for me a million miles away mom? :)

Well anyways little downside to my week sunday at church we were in priesthood meeting and the ward mission leader was teaching the class and well lets just say he wasn't on the missionaries side! he just sat and talked for an hour about how we dont need to share the gospel with our friends and how we just need to wait for them to ask us and blah blah blah me and my companion were so mad!! He pretty much said the mission president doesn't know anything he is to pushy all this bull and oh man me and my comp were so mad to say the least!! it was so bad but the only reason we stuck around for the end of the class was because the only member who agrees with how the mission is run stuck up for us! and he is a stud his name is bro. owen and he is the only member who is willing to come out and teach people with us! its quite terrible but its ok!

Anyways enough of my complaining!! You never answered my question last week about what i can do for you guys?? come on there has to be something!! just let me know!!

How are you? sounds like you had a good thanksgiving and everyone had fun! ha good good! yes mother the fireplace looks amazing and so does the whole front room! good work :) maybe ill get to see it in a couple years well probably not you and dad will probably end up changing your minds about that and end up changing it again haha! i think its about every two years you guys get disatisfied haha :)

But anyways this week well...... The good knews is is today before i came to email you guys it was snowing! we had a good inch on the ground haha i loved it it really made it feel like the christmas time!> Speaking of christmas did you guys know i get to call home that day? yeah!!!! im excited haha it will be good! but maybe just one thought maybe you could ask some girl who i kinda hung out with alot before i left to come over and have just a little two minute chat with Elder D. i promise it wont take away from your guys time cuz you know your the most important!! how is everybody? how has the week been? well out here its been crazy!I went out to birmingham to pick up my knew comp and it was great! i got to meet up will all my buddies from the mtc! i loved it! it was great to see how everyone had been doing and good to see that i wasn't the only one that had been strugglin a little! i know that sounds bad but it was just good to have some people to talk with and share how we got through it and stuff!! but ya man i got a knew companion right and first of all his name is elder creamer! stud! love the kid to death! hard worker! reminds me so much of my good buddy Elder Moss! and i think thats why i love the kid so much!! but ya man i tell you what leading people around is a pain! i hate being the person that makes all the plans and all the stressful stuff haha! but no just kiddin its good i kinda like being the boss! but i tell you what i should have paid more attention when my last companion was leading me around the forest because i dont know where anything is haha! but i tell you what i am pro at reading a map now a days haha!! but ya everything is going good!> >

But the work well lets just say its slow ha! but its good! my companion and i are working our tails off and he and i are finding alot of knew people to teach so thats a good thing! he has alot of faith and that is something this area needed because i was starting to lose it but a new comp came in and fixed that right up! and we are going to have some success this week! We have a couple people who just cant stop smoking and its killing us they are so close to baptism but they just wont stop! But we are going to keep working on them! > Julia and her family are still doing great they are coming to church every week and there kids even sang in the primary program a couple weeks ago it was great they loved it! but she is pretty set on proposing on christmas but we are trying super hard to get her to move it up so we will see! she is quite the stubborn lady though ha!!>

how is the week going? wow mom sounds like you guys are going to have a busy day today! tell everyone i say hello! man i tell you what i am so jealous that im not going to be there for thanksgiving! man me and my comp were talkin about all the pies and the food just scattered all over the table! and just eatin turkey for days haha! but this week because Elder Skidmore was leaving the Lawsons a member family in our branch fed us a thanksgiving dinner! well what they thought was a thanksgiving dinner haha! it didnt even compare to home! and especially not to my madres cooking haha! but it was still good they are way nice and i was greatful for them! > So i stayed in the good ol forest of dean but i got a new companion! his name is elder creamer! he is a way cool kid! i already like him haha! but he is quite a talker so quite a big change for me seein how my last companion didnt really talk haha! but no it will be good im excited!> So sounds like the house is gettin all decked out with some new stuff! So another week down! and well not much going on this week! we didnt really have anything exciting happen that i can remember haha! well on saturday we took julia and her family to the guy fox day where they have this huge bonfire and they have fireworks and stuff so it was way fun! they got to know the branch alot better so they are doing real good thats for sure! We are still going over and teaching them like twice a week and they are so amazing julia understands the book of mormon better then i do haha! jk well on some parts she really does! but she has some great questions that make me and elder skidmore really think things through and it has definately helped me in my knowledge i think as much as it has helped her! But ya she is doing great! she is still planning on proposing on christmas and she told us at church on sunday that after she got married her and her family will all get baptized together! and we are trying to get her to move it up a little bit but she is quite that stubborn lady sometimes haha! but if she does wait i just hope im here to see her family take that step! > but really we have a few people that we are teaching and that have baptismal dates which are soon but i dont wanna ruin it and say that they are going to get baptized on that day and then them ending up not so we will just say we have a couple getting close haha! 1 is this way amazing j.w. lady i tell you what they are the hardest people to teach because there bible doesn't say anthing that ours does and they just have a hard time changing and thinkin in different ways then the way they have been taught! But she is really fun to teach cuz when you prove one of the J.W. beliefs wrong she is like oh ya that totally makes sense! its so funny to see her just change and be like ya my church is crazy ha i love it!! but she is a really nice lady that we are going to plan on baptizing quite soon so itll be good!> Anyways how is everyone? Guess what? its my companions 20th birthday today! he is old haha! no but we are going to go to gloucester today and have a sweet b-day party with the whole zone so it should be pretty sweet!!> Yes mom i got the package! thanks so much! the coats are really warm like crazy warm ha there perfect! they are a little on the bigger side! i think dad is plannin on me gainin about 80 pounds haha! but yes thank you so very much! your amazing!> But sounds like abama won the election? people over here are all excited about it to and i just dont think its going to be very good to be honest! so how was your week this week haha! well sounds like last week was full of funness! i would love to see some pictures of my nephews ya know from my sister hydi? i haven't heard from her in days it would be great if ya know she would show her brother some love haha!! and mom remember how i told you i need a letter with peoples b days on it? still havent gotten it haha! but its ok i forgive you! But man sounds like halloween was a blast for everyone! it was pretty good here to! we went out tracting that night and i came home with like two pockets full of candy haha even though we only came home with about one new investigator haha! but ya halloween isnt really a big deal over here i guess cuz when people go door to door people give them money? how crazy is that they just hand people money as they come knockin on doors and i guess if you dont give the kids money they egg your house ha! but luckily we tracted in one of the nicer areas where there wasn't any little hooligans running around doing that kinda stuff haha!> Anyways im pretty good with my memory card i think i have alot of memory left but if not well then looks like i wont be takin anymore pictures haha jk jk! no i dont need one now but maybe in like the future i could use one! but geez you guys are spendin enough money on me and i dont need anything! im excited for the coats though not gonna lie! it has been getting so cold over here like freezing cold everynight i go back to the flat and just sit next to the heater cuz im froze haha! so itll be great to have extra clothing!!> Anyways guess what?? it snowed this week! how crazy is that? i snowed haha! but it only was on the ground for about 5 seconds cuz it started to rain right after and it melted it all! but it was good to see!!> Anyways this week was quite good for my testimony! we were tracting and we tracted into i minister at a church of england church and luckily i was the one that knocked on the door haha! ok so it wasnt a good thing cuz as soon as he opened the door he just smiled like he was excited we knocked on his door and i was thinkin to myself oh no not good not good he is going to tear me apart! and just like that he did we started talkin and he just started spittin out scriptures left and right and i was doing my best to answer and he could tell that he was gettin to me! so he just kept it coming and coming and then finally after like ten minutes of him just dominating me he said something about the trinity and so i was like oh you believe in the trinity and he said well....... i dont know quite what i believe and i said you are confused about what you believe? and he said ya i dont know what to believe with that one! and so i just smiled and said well sir i know that they are seperate and the difference between me and you is that ya i might not know all the scriptures exactly but i do know that they are seperate and they did a appear to joseph smith in a grove of trees and that he did set up the same church that jesus christ set up while he was on the earth! and i know that the book of mormon is the word of god and it is true! and he just stopped talkin and had nothing to say after that and i said so i would love to leave this book of mormon with you and i know that if you read and pray about it you will come to know that it is true and that they are seperate and he just said alright well ill have a read through it! and just like that i just went to the next doors and did the same thing just bore testimony and bore testimony and it was just like something inside me was overflowing and my testimony had to be shared! it was so amazing it was even pouring rain and i didnt care i just wanted to keep going door to door and keep knocking doors! and lately thats how it has been even though ya there are some days when i dont quite feel like talkin to everyone and knockin doors but those days usually end with me wanting to do it! so it has been really good! and this church is so true and so amazing! and i love it haha!! but ya i hope you guys all have a great week! and cant wait to hear from you!> > P.S. sorry about loosin the last email! i just dont know how to work these here english computers haha! but man you should feel lucky cuz i lost so many of my pictures last week tryin to send you some! man it was quite depressing jk it was ok i still have lots of pictures on the camera ha!! anyways sounds like your week was ok ya? well thats good! sounds like you still got your skill at rummy haha! thats a good thing your lucky i wasn't there or i would of totally dominated you haha!! > > Anyways the coat i bought well its definately not the warmest coat you could buy haha! but it gets the job done i bought it for 9 pounds which is way cheep but its all i need im lookin for a little warmer one still though because its gettin cold!! as soon as i step out my flat in the morning i get the cold chills! and especially at about 5 when the sun goes down then it gets super cold like burrrrr hahah!! and yes the sun goes down at 5 and it sucks! cuz after its dark noone i mean noone opens the doors! Anyways my week was pretty good! at church this sunday we had julias whole family there! there was like 8 of them!! it was crazy! but it was great to because they looked like they had been in the branch there whole lifes! like they just fit in perfect julia is going with the relief society the little kids sang with the primary in there program! it was just amazing to see! i loved it! it made me realize how hard it must have been for you mom to take care of all us little terrors during sacrement meeting because watching julia try to take care of her little ones and still pay attention was quite interesting ha but they were more behaved then any other little child in the branch so that was good ha! so ya she is doing good! I love teaching her and her family! i am getting so close to there family i just feel at home i play with the little kids they call me elder D its great i love it haha! so ya its going good! thanks for your prayers im sure it is helping!! other then that nothin else really going on not really teaching anyone else! we just knock knock knock on doors haha! i have already knocked everydoor in cinderford and everydoor in coleford ha it kinda sucks but its ok we will find some more people i know it!! anyways have a great week! i love you all and am so greatful to be apart of the family I am! thanks for all you do and all your support!

Hey!

Wow so 2 months ha ya not a very long time but it sure feels like forever haha! So anyways how was everyones weeks been? How was Tylers golf game? hopefully he dominated that would be sweet if the lil bro was playin some golf at SUU! He is a stud so im sure he did well! Can't wait to hear about the results! I want them in full detail haha?! So sounds like the fams doing good though! So you went through the temple with big D eh? How was it? ya the temple is weird the first time but after that when you go back a couple of times and actually understand it its really good! and its a great place to take any question up with the Lord cause well its his house ha! But ya I wrote him just so you know madre! and he best be writing his boy back!! but i cant think of anything i really need right now in that letter oh except for that cord for my camera that might be good! But just a letter is always super good to so either way!! anyways mom what do you expect a man has to eat and burger king was the nearest place haha! and dont worry im eating good dont you be worrying about that! im a fantastic cook ha!Anyways this week was pretty good! and the golfing was amazingly fun! I sent dad my score card and as you can see I didn't play very good on the front 9 but i was a little rusty but on the back 9 i got my game back and so was dominating haha so ya it was way fun i have some pics that i will see if i can print off sometime soon!

we taught a few people and had a few appointments but none of them are really progressing but julia the lady we have been teaching for a while is doing really good! we actually found out that she has a family of six and we have started to teach the whole family and we are pretty sure that in the next few weeks we are going to get a knew family in the branch so that will be amazing! but she still has some issues with the law of chastity! she loves her husband but she is scared that if they get married it might end up like her last marriage! but we have this really good member that comes out with us and he is really good for her because he has had alot of relationships that have failed and one amazing one that has worked so he is good for us and its so great to hear his testimony when we ask him to bear it it just fills the room with the spirit so its always way super good! but they are a really cool family and are starting to love coming to church and she knows its all true but she just wont take that last step of faith! but we are going to get her to! I know it!! with the Lord on our side how could we not right?? ha

well anyways YES i loved conference it was so amazing! wow everyone of those speakers answered one of my questions that i needed to be answered for my investigators! you can tell that those people are totally inspired by God!! but mom im glad you watched the saturday morning one did you listen to the lady that told everyone to write the missionarys haha?? so now everyone who reads this email better be writing me a letter! and i best be gettin loads in the post in the next couple days haha!! but president monson the prophet told us to not let the people close go without them knowing you love them so i want you all to know that i love you so very much and im so very very grateful for all the love and support you guys give me! i pray for your happiness every night and now i know how people can pray for days and nights its because there praying for something important that needs time and thats how i feel at night and my knees are sore as could be haha jk! no but seriously I love you all! have a good week!

My new favorite one to keep people to leave the door open is your to busy for jesus! cuz i start out sayin hey we are from the church of jesus christ and just sharin a message about him and then ill ask if they believe in jesus and if they say yes and then say but im busy right now i say to busy for jesus? and then they have to leave the door open if there true christians haha i love it! then once you get chattin with them they always find something interesting they wanna learn about so its so good! but this one lady got so angry when i said it and said no im not to busy for jesus and like yelled it at my face and then slammed the door it was so crazy! me and my comp just brushed it off and have a good laugh about it every night haha! but anyways i projected my first lady for baptism last thursday! and she accepted :) i was so excited! but she has a partner and we are teaching her the law of chastity tonight so hopefully that goes good its going to be quite interesting! but she has two daughters who came to church with her on sunday and we taught them a couple things so itll be good to get them and this lady to be baptized on the same day and me and my comp are going to do it! no doubt that we cant i just hope she will except the law of chastity and get married but we will see how that goes tonight ha! but ya nothing else really happened this week. but anyways sounds like tyler did good at region 2nd is pretty good but i know he can do better! but he will dominate at state cant wait to here about that one! but mom good to hear that you are fellowshipping that new lady at the ward it is really important to fellowship those new members cuz we are all the lords sons and daughters and so we need to treat each other like that! that is definately something i have learned just to be friendly to everyone out here even if there makin fun of me i still go chat with them a little bit even if i know all they will do is mock me but it makes a good chat haha! oh and thanks so much for the parcel! i loved gettin all that candy and everything ah it was great! so thank you so much! and sorry about the funds i had to get so much as a greeny i had to send out a provisional license which cost 54 pounds and then i had to sign up for a theory test which cost 50 pounds so i had to use my own cash for food and stuff so im sorry! ill do better this month promise! but one thing could you guys look out for me is some leather winter gloves black ones like dad has my companion says those are the best for winter so that would be amazing! and ya still lookin for a winter coat but there isnt really anywhere to buy one out in the forest but ill keep looking! sorry again about spendin so much money! me and my comp are going to golf an england course today for p day and im stoked i cant wait to send my score card home to dad and him being all jealous haha! wow almost been out two months time is flyin by!but anyways thanks for everything and especially all the emails i love gettin on every tuesday! but i love LETTERS even more haha so thanks for everything i love you all! > > P.S. mother did you chat with chanda cuz she sent me half the stuff i asked for haha? and in the little note i got from both of you it said keep on truckin so ya wuts up with that hmmmm? :)> > Elder Davidson>

Hey There,
Here are some pics of me at the mtc with everyone!! Don't worry mother I labeled these ones :) Quick little thought for everyone; in Mosiah 2, King Benjamin is talkin to his people and he talks about what the Lord says all we have to do to prosper in the land and the blessings that come! So in verse 22 it talks about keeping the commandments and that if they do that we will prosper in the land and in 23 it talks about how we are indebted to him. Anyways, but my favorite verse is 24 and it says: and "secondly he doth require that ye should do as he hath commanded you for which if ye do, he doth immediately bless you"! and I never noticed it but its so true, he does immediately bless us if we keep his commandments such as going to church; as soon as we step in the doors we feel the spirit thats an amazing blessing and same with readin the scriptures as soon as we start reading them our minds are clear and if we have any questions I know personally that the Book of Mormon can answer any question which is an immediate blessing and there are so many more that I could go on forever ha but I won't! I love the Book of Mormon and reading it every morning, it has taught me so much and I love seein the people I'm teaching glow after they have read just one simple chapter it's amazing! Well I love you all and miss you all! Thanks for all your support and all your letters, I love gettin them! and I love hearin about how everyones doing , so keep them comin:) The church is so very true and so very amazing I love it so much! and I'm so excited to hear from the prophet of the world in a couple weeks! Hey Mother!

Well glad to hear my birthday present got there on time! that is way good news! and those chocolates are amazing huh? man i have been chowin down on them and i gotta stop before i gain 100 pounds! first of all tell dad of course i havent lost the camera! geeze i never lose anything haha! i sent some pics home yesterday so hopefully they will get there sometime this week! but its really hard cuz in the forest there really isnt anywhere to print of pictures so i have to wait tell we go to a city to do stuff like that! but give it time you will get some! but ya geeze that musuem you went to sounds pretty crazy and kinda sick haha! but im glad you liked it! so how did ty do in filmore for region? did he take it? oh and about the english dialects man you should here these people out here! i learn knew words everyday and my companion has to tell me whether they were good or bad after we talk to the person ha its quite interesting ill think someone is bein really nice and then my companion will tell me he cussed at me haha its really quite funny to hear the knew meanings of the words!
anyways just a little update on the mish! um the work is comin pretty good we are finding more and more to teach so its good! i made a promise with the lord that if i knock on more doors then my comp he will give me people to teach and so far it has been workin! some days i see that he is holdin to his promise when i start to slack off and he makes one of are appointments flog us so gotta keep workin hard!
oh and mom i know its like way early and i still have two years but do you think you could maybe talk to shane about signing me up for college at dixie and just gettin me registered so right when i do get back i can hop right into it? and just stuff llike that! you dont have to do it right now but just keep it in mind so if you ever get the chance k? well everyone i love you sounds llike everyone is doing good! sounds like taffy is still a little terror haha but gotta love her! well miss you until next week :)

Hey madre!

so ya dont have much time to email this week cuz we are super busy doing the lords work ha! but this week was pretty good nothin to exciting happened the people we are teaching are slowly progressing so thats always good! tell tyler he needs to step up his game cuz im not sendin him any chocolate tell he wins ha! but me and my companion cut each others hair this week and wow its not the prettiest thing in the world i tell you what haha! it reminds me of all the times back in the day when you would cut my hair and i would cry ha it kinda looks like that! but dont worry i havent cried yet but it might be comin on especially since im going more and more bald haha! so thats sweet big dizzle got his call to paraguay thats insane but he will do awesome there they will love him! by the way will you get his adress for me so i can write him? that would be amazing! so we had mission football this tuesday for p day and its where all the missonaries get together and have this fatty tourny between all the zones! and are zone took 2nd and i scored three goals! thats pretty good for never playin football in my life! i pretty much dominate like at everything haha! it was good to see all my buddys from the mtc again and to meet a bunch of knew missionaries it was way fun! but ya sorry it isnt very long this week like i said gotta go do the lords work haha! hope everyone is doing good i miss you all! make sure to send sunflower seeds i already ate the whole bag that katie sent ha i miss them im going through withdrawels haha! oh and thanks for the letters everyone this week hopefully jamies house is doing good ha close call she is quite lucky! i sure miss all my little terror nephews and nieces ha those little rats gotta love them! but ya cant wait tell tuesday when i get the next letter! remember send cd's there is this on that i would really love if you could find it? it joseph smith a nashville tribute or something like that? but anyways i love you all and miss you!

A note from Jamie (Alex's sis): As you will gather from this letter, last week Alex was not doing to well. We as a family did our best to rally around him and he sounds like he is doing much better. We are very thankful for the strength that Heavenly Father gave to our family and ecspecially to Alex. I was thankful for Alex's letter this week because it did remind me that in life we have 2 choices that we can make!!!

Hey mother! so ya well let me just say im sorry about last weeks email! i was really down and really hating it out here! and i seriously didnt know why i was here! every second of everyday i would think to myself i came out here for the wrong reasons i didnt come out here for myself i came out here cuz i was expected to and cuz all my friends were doing it and if i didnt i would let everyone i know down! and then i started to be lazy and not knock on any doors and just let my companion do it cuz there was no point for me to cuz i just wanted to be home and i was no good noone was going to listen anyways! so then it got worse way worse i cried myself to sleep like two nights in a row and i just wanted to be home with my family! and then p day came around and i read your emails and it just made things worse i wanted to be home with you and talkin to you face to face so i broke down and told my companion i wanted to be home there was seriously no point for me to be here! so that night i even called the mission president and told him i was ready to go home and he was like no your not ha and i was like your forcing me to stay out here and he said im not forcing you to do anything you have two choices wut do you think they are? and i said stay here or go home and he said no going home isnt a option wut are your two options and i didnt know! i was so upset and mad that i just was like those are my two options and im choosing to go home and he said no you cant you dont have that choice you can either stay out here and enjoy it or stay out here and be miserable! and i was like k well thats stupid blah blah blah anyways so i hung up the phone with president and was super pissed that i almost made flight plans to come home but luckily my comp calmed me down and helped me realize that that wasnt the right way to do things! so i went in my room and i had this thought to read my scriptures and i read 2 nephi 10 24 i think it was and it said somethin along the lines of be of good cheer you have the right to choose everlasting life or everlastin misery or something like that and it reminded me of those two choices that my mission president gave me so i went to bed and woke up in the morning with that scripture in my head burning away and then i decide to change my attitude and to see wut workin hard would do so i started to knock on more doors then my companion and started to talk to everyone on the street and to my suprise i started to be happier! i started to more enjoy my mission and ya the last week there has been some hard days but there has been alot more good days! so ya im not gonna let satan win im gonna try my hardest to keep on truckin and to work hard! so craziest thing we have been teachin alot more lately ha suprisingly and i know its cuz i have been workin harder and not bein a bad companion but anyways we went on exchanges with the zone leaders and he said i was one of the best teachers he has ever seen just starting he said you know how to talk to people and to help them for there understanding and it made me feel so much better!i absoulutely love teaching and i have been thinkin more and more about wut i wanna be when i get home and i know now that i am supposed to be a teacher and that is exactly what i wanna be!! and i know by me being out on my mission that i can become a better teacher and be more prepared for when i get home!

mom im so sorry about that email its not wut a mom likes to hear i would guess! so im sorry dont worry your son is doing better its gets better everyday! i love you so much and im so greatful for all the letters i got for support they help so much! oh and congrats on the call mom! i know that me and you are alot alike and its hard for us to talk to people but itll come easier as the days go by i can promise you that! your gonna be amazing! so just a few things i need cuz we all know how forgetful of a person i am.... haha i need first of all a yo yo something to do when im bored ha and any church cds anyone has efy anything im going crazy we only have one cd and i have listened to it like a million times ha! oh and my rubberband thats down in my room so i can do some lifting! and sunflower seeds send lot and lots of sunflower seeds any kind willl do! they dont sell them out here :( and maybe a rubix cube with the instructions on how to solve it haha! i love you all so much! thank you for all your support and prayers!! how come you havent emailed your son back yet? i better have on by tuesday cuz thats when i get to check it again! so hows everyone doing? has t money had any golf tournys? how is carlie doing? i hear from everyone but them and im about to come home and kick them both in the face!! how is grandma and grandpa? i miss the fam so much :( but ya anyways just a little update i finally arrived in my knew area yesterday! im in the forest of dean! its so beautiful my comp is elder skidmore he isnt really a talker ha but im tryin to change that! so ya the forest of dean is beautiful! we went tractin last night right when we arrived to the area i didnt even get to unpack ha but ya we got right to work and probably got like 30 doors slammed right in our faces for like two hours ha it sucked i hate gettin doors slammed in my face its such a downer! but ya here is my knew address so you can send me stuff right to me!

Alex's e-mail says he is in the Forest of Dean; Here is the description of it:
Slipping westwards, Gloucestershire's borders enfold the beautiful Forest of Dean where restored Steam trains take you on a magical journey deep into the secret shaded bowers of a forest which was once the hunting ground of kings. Offa's Dyke Path, follows the snaking waters of the beautiful River Wye, and at the forest edge lie Clearwell Caves where there is an excellent visitors centre selling Ochre that is produced on site to this day. At Lydney, on the other side of the forest near to the River Severn stands Lydney Park, a lovely Victorian House with an Arts and Crafts style garden. In the grounds of Lydney Park visitors can see the Lydney Roman Temple, this covers an Iron-Age fort which has a 50ft mine shaft running below the ground. Interestingly, this site was worked upon by the author J.R.R. Tolkien who was doubtless inspired to write his famous trilogy by the endless mythical tales and legends surrounding the site. The Roman Temple is a superb vantage point for wonderful uninterrupted views towards the River Severn and beyond.

Hey fam, how ya'll doing? From my emails it sounds like you're all doin well! I sure miss you all oh so very much. I pray for you all every personal prayer (which is alot when you are a missionary) :) Here are a couple pics from the mtc there will be more to come I promise!
The letter in here is for Elder Moss if any of you have time (mom) will you run it up to Diane and have it sent off? Its crazy how much you start to think about all your friends and family and all the awesome times! I love you guys! Mom and Dad thank you so much for raising me up right I just think more and more everyday about how I took you guys for granted! You guys gave us children everything and asked for nothin back you are so amazing I love you! If I'm half the parent you guys are and have been I know I will be ok and I'll be able to get through anything! Learning so much about the plan of salvation and how familys can be together forever makes you think about how much you love and care about them! The Church is so true it's so amazing I absolutely love the gospel and the plan for us!
